SERVICES WE OFFER

• General Dentistry - Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and disorders of the oral cavity.

• Endodontics - Treat infected and traumatized teeth, alleviating pain, and saving teeth from extraction.

• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery - Outpatient surgical procedures, including wisdom teeth extraction and dental implants.

• Orthodontics - Use corrective appliances to bring teeth, lips, and jaws into proper alignment, enhancing bite function and facial appearance in children and adults.

• Pediatric Dentistry - Encourage good dental care starting at an early age.

• Periodontics - Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases of the supporting and surrounding tissues of the teeth or implants and the maintenance of the health, function and esthetics of these structures and tissues.

• Prosthodontics - Employ the latest technology to replace missing teeth or reconstruct severely damaged teeth.

PAYING FOR YOUR CAREAs the practitioners are Delta Dental Premier Providers (except our Prosthodontists Drs. Hewlett, Shah and Wu), patients that are covered by Delta Dental will only pay their co-payment and any deductibles at the time of service and we will bill Delta Dental for the expected insurance portion. For all non-Delta Dental insurance plans, payment is expected at the time of service. The practice will bill your dental insurance electronically and any insurance payment due to you will be sent to you by your insurance company.

WHERE WE’RE LOCATEDThe UCLA Faculty Group Dental Practice is conveniently located within the UCLA Medical Plaza at 100 UCLA Medical Plaza, Suite 350, on the UCLA campus. The office is accessible through the UCLA Campus Express shuttle.
