Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to Talent 100.

From someone who so clearly remembers the gruelling years of HSC study, I want to extend a message to students going through it.

The final years of high school can be tough. The HSC is super-competitive. To succeed, you have to strike a fine balance between studying hard and spending time doing the things you like; between enjoying the moment and sacrificing for a better future.

At Talent 100 we’ve done a large part of the ground work for you. All you need to do is turn up, commit to our process, do the work and be guided by the best, people who know what it takes to achieve your desired results because they’ve done it themselves. I personally designed the Talent 100 course program based on my unique understanding of scaling, subject selection and insight on what it takes to ace your exams. I’ve enjoyed sharing my secrets to achieving a perfect score with thousands of students over the past 6 years with incredible results.

Our new Talent 100 learning centres have been designed to provide a third place between school and home where studying can be enjoyed, and where learning can be fun. It’s also a safe place to connect with like minded peers outside of school who share similar dreams and aspirations.

I hope you’ll take the time to pay us a visit!

Ultimately, there are more important things in life than exams. But, ironically, you might just need to do well in your exams in order to get there: At Talent 100, we understand the importance of scoring top ATARs. That’s why we’ve developed excellent, personalised and results-focused courses to ensure your HSC Success.

It’s not about being the smartest kid in the room, but understanding how the system works and working it to your personal advantage.

If you have your mind set on a particular degree, or are looking to achieve top results and are willing to work hard, we have a system that can develop your full potential. You’ll become part of a learning community that will support and guide you every step of the way.

We’re the leaders in HSC Learning. We’d love to help you make your talent count.

Sincerely, Richard ChuaFounder - Talent 100 & MedStart

Hello, and a warm welcome from all our Mentors and Tutors.

I’m proud and excited to be Head Mentor at Talent 100 as it grows from an already great learning centre into a genuine leader of teaching and learning.

Our goal for students has always been top results, and we have the commitment and imagination to know that the best results are achieved when students feel supported and inspired.

Our brilliant teaching staff are not only outstanding high achievers - they’re passionate educators who know first-hand that true academic success comes from working positively under the guidance of mentors who help you achieve your personal goals.

Talent 100’s approach to teaching is unique and proven.

We believe getting top marks is a direct product of two essential skills: strong conceptual understanding and excellent exam technique. Our courses develop these through a system of interactive classes, personalised tutorials and exam-relevant homework. Small class sizes, ample lesson length, targeted content and the high motivation level of our students make this system outstandingly effective, with 30% of graduates scoring over 99 and 63% scoring over 96 in their HSC.

Students in all years at Talent 100 know they benefit from the kind of positive, expert and personalised guidance that they simply can’t get from school or private study.

This unique experience of learning is what we’re so proud to offer.

We know exactly what it takes to top the HSC, and we can help you do it too. To say that we have the best teachers is a given. Our founder, Richard Chua, personally interviews and selects each Talent Mentor, along with our Academic Head Mentor, Dr. Tim Hanna. Most Talent 100 Mentors have achieved ATARs above 99.85 and many of them have also achieved state rankings in the subject of their expertise. We handpick our Mentors based on their marks, knowledge of the syllabus and teaching effectiveness. Not only do our Mentors know their stuff, they also know exactly what you’re going through. Attitude, mentorship and leadership skills play a huge role in our teaching programs too. HSC preparation can be stressful. Our Mentors will guide you through gruelling exam preparation in the smartest and most efficient way possible.

It’s how we help make your talent count!
