sample development by our own sample room. We

need from sample development up to delivery in an

after import.
2. Quality inspection of yarn or fabric & accessories (10% of
fabric inspection in order to attain at-least 40 points).
3. Fabric & Trim chart preparation for buyer’s approval.
4. Preparation of pattern & marker.
5. Cutting chart.
6. Quick check of cut panels, numbering & bundling.
7. Sewing as per PP approval.
8. Operation-wise in line quality check.
9. Inspection on tables by QC.
10. Parts-wise overall checking. Thread cutting, cleaning &
dusting.
11. Ironing, quality checks, poly & packing.
