• Understand how existing and available tools can be used to make the case for commissioning of health and social care services
• Identify current fuel poverty, winter illness and death interventions and how these fit into current health guidance and policy
• Examine how using existing health guidance and policy can make your activities relevant to HWBs and CCGs
• Reflect on use of health language in making the case
