Distal anastomosis of OM vein graft stented one year previously. Now severe in stent restenosis.

OM graft:JR4 6F guide. HTF wire Predilated with 2.5 x 9 and then 3.0 x 9mm

balloon.

Stented with a 3.0 x 12 BMS. RAO views pre and post stenting
