of #acilit* management like infrastructure
management,housekeeping,securit*, am(ience management,traffic
and parkingmanagement/!Monitoring and controlling financial issues
like collections of rentals,servicecharges,car park
revenue,electricit* and other utilit* income.handling pa*ments of
allinvoices and expenses0! 1reating operational and financial
reports .2roviding recommendations to makeimprovements in
RO3.4!3mplementation and maintenance of the specialt* leasing
program for a shoppingcenter propert* to maximi-e average monthl*
rent for temporar* displa*s, 5iosk,exhi(its, or Retail
Merchandising 6nits 7Retail Merchandising 6nits!. This
includesidentif*ing and cultivating prospective temporar* retail
tenants, along with negotiatingand closing the lease deals.
Operational #unctions.Maintaining follow up with tenants during
lease negotiations and managing
relationships with tenants after the close of the deal.
&.1oordinating visual merchandising for tenants to ensure
that each achieves the8ualit* and character exemplified (* the
shopping center standards.
).Managing the accounting function of the temporar* leasing
program. This includes,collections, audits and periodic
reporting.
+.9upervising the dail* operation of temporar* tenants to ensure
that the operatingcovenants of the temporar* leasing program are
maintained to propert* standards.
.9upervising arrival and departure of temporar* tenants to
ensure proper openingand closing of the premises.
.9upervising dail* mall operations and follow ups with various
agencies who areemplo*ed for various operations at the mall
