The Company is a subsidia1y of International Hotel Investments
pie (IHI), the registered office of which issituated at 22 Europa
Centre, Floriana Malta. The Company's ultimate parent company is
Corinthia PalaceHotel Company Limited, the registered office of
which is the same as that of IHI.
The parent company prepares consolidated financial statements of
which the Company forms part. These financial statements are filed
and are available for public inspection at the Registry of
Companies in Malta.
29. DirectorsThe Company has three directors, who received the
total remuneration of€ 31,552 for the current period,same as a
prior year.
30. Events after balance sheet dateNo adjusting or significant
non-adjusting events have occurred between the balance sheet date
and the dateof authorisation by the board.
