The Malthus business model allows quick response to market demand and offers a cost- and time efficient building method compared to traditional building methods. Malthus also owns a large rental fleet of various modules to serve the demand of existing and new Customers. We offer both sales and rental solutions to cater to Client requirements, depending the duration of the project.

Our core business is modular buildings; a range of products for customers within the Public Sector, general industry, mining and oil & gas and our export concept is accommodation camps, by our own registered trademark: Malthus Camp hotel®.

The Malthus Camp Hotel® concept comprises an all inclusive turn key camp site to accommodate staff and workers on a remote location. Camp Hotel® consist of a core building with kitchen, restaurant, recreational facilities, gym, wardrobes, and dormitories with room configurations specified by the customers. The Camp can also be amended with offices and other facilities. Malthus has partnership agreements for the provision of camp operations, facility management, catering, and housekeeping with ISS, alongside an exclusive partnership with Compass ESS for Camps in UK and North America/Canada. We offer camp solutions from 44 to > 2500 rooms with all related facilities. Our slogan is “Well rested and satisfied workers - work better”.
