BOOKING INFORMATION

You must book and pay for all holiday activities in advance (except swimming,

roller skating and soft play sessions). All pre-booked activities must be paid for at

the time of booking. There are limited spaces for each activity so you are advised

to book early to guarantee your place.

To book an activity, your child needs to be a One Leisure member and have a

One Card. Every child must have their own One Card. The One Card is available for a

one-off cost of only £1 per person and requires you to complete a simple form

which is available from reception or www.oneleisure.net

Telephone 01480 388111 to book and pay for summer holiday activities.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card (there is no surcharge for payments

made by card). Bookings by phone can be made weekdays 8.30am to 8.00pm and

weekends 8.30am to 6.30pm.

BOOK IN PERSON

Visit reception at your local One Leisure site to book and pay for holiday activities.

Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card (there is no surcharge for

payments made by card). We do not accept payments by cheque.

MEDICAL & PARENTAL CONSENT FORMS

Some activities will require you to complete Medical and Parental Consent Forms.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

For your safety on outdoor activities please wear appropriate clothing and bring a

drink, hat and suncream. Outdoor activities run subject to weather conditions.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

48 hours notice is required for cancellation of all pre-booked activities. We will give

a minimum of 48 hours notice if we have to cancel an activity due to low numbers

booked on. A full refund will be given if we cancel a course due to insufficient

numbers or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to amend the prices and activities described in this publication.

A two day athletics course which is held on the purpose built Athletics Arena at One Leisure St Ives Outdoor. These master classes will improve your overall cricket game. Learn to switch, slog and scoop your way to the top of the batting order and when bowling you can improve your bodyline, pace, swing and spin.

These fun sessions are designed for people with special educational needs or disabilities. You will run, jump, bounce and move around the hall having the chance to have a go on a variety of equipment. The session will be run by qualified, experienced coaches from Huntingdon Gymnastics Club at their purpose built facility. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Learn to dodge, duck, dip, dive and weave. A fast and fun new age sport enjoyed by young people. There are plenty of games to join in with as well as challenges to improve the skills involved with the game.

Come and try a different game of football. Futsal was originally developed in Brazil and uses a smaller ball with less bounce. It is played indoors in the sports hall and encourages improvisation, creativity and ball control. After learning the simple rules you will be split into teams to play the game.

The Determinator Over 8's Inflatable session 1.45 - 2.45 will not be running on Wednesday 25th July,or 4.15 - 5.15 on Saturday 5th August, and the Public Swim 1.30 - 2.40 on Thursday 26th July will not be running.

Please note that on Monday 28th August, the pool is open 4.00pm to 6.00pm for Junior Swimming Lessons only.

Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) in the water. No more than two under 8’s allowed with each adult. The changing rooms are mixed and have

separate changing cubicles. A £1 coin (which is returnable) is required to use the swimming pool changing room lockers. During busy periods a call-out system operates.

Swims may be limited to 45 minutes. A qualified lifeguard supervises the pool at all times. Entry to the deep end of the pool (also on the inflatable) is at the lifeguards

discretion and will be judged on swimming ability. All swimmers must be over 8 years old and able to swim 50 metres to attend the Determinator Inflatable sessions.
