The type of hierarchy that we think is appropriate for Patties would be a linear system of management, from the highest position, head manager, to the staff working. We feel that this way, we can meet the needs and goals of the company, and the workers.

These steps will help prepare our company in minimizing turnover and dealing with it. This will hopefully help the company have a more stable and sound organization made up of satisfied employees. Pre-termination contracts - Imposing a
