Training: Teach First is all about becoming aleader and achieving success. Beginning with theSummer Institute, our Leadership DevelopmentProgramme combines working, qualifying andtraining as a teacher with leadershipdevelopment training, coaching and mentoring,and a range of networking and internshipopportunities. Through completion of yourPGCE, you will also gain credits which you canput towards a Masters qualification. Uponcompletion of the programme, you will thengraduate to become a Teach First Ambassador.
