The more local activity and participants the merrier: Minimal travel and stay expenses and loss of hours of

work. Favourable deals with regional hotels coursed by

great activity/year = RICA: 33% reduction of prices Negotiation with lecturer gives us discounts up to 20-

30%.(We only except lecturer-fee and not price per person.)

A cheaper alternative: RKK uses its own facilities incl. Food. Savings from 70 to 140 Cr per participant.
