The function room has a wonderful view of the golf course looking down the 9th and 10th fairways as well as the 18th hole from the private balcony.

Function Notes:
TERMS and CONDITIONS OF THE FUNCTION
1. A $200 non-refundable booking fee is required for the confirmation of a function 2. Patrons are required to provide written notice of a cancellation. The $200 booking fee will be
returned only if and when the space is resold for another function of similar value. 3. To confirm booking a signed copy of this agreement must accompany booking fee. 4. The menu for the function must be confirmed 14 days prior to the function. 5. Guest numbers are required no later than 3 days (seventy-two hours) prior to the commencement
of the event. The numbers given at this time will be considered final and not subject to reduction or change. If the numbers of guests attending the function exceeds the final number given, the Club will provide all assistance possible but is unable to guarantee the Hirer of adequate catering service.
6. Final payment for catering is required, in full, 48 hours prior to function date. 7. Our In-House Caterer can be contacted on 07 54951033. 8. The entire function account must be completely finalised 48 hours prior to the date of the function. 9. The Club will take all possible care to protect the property of the function’s guests but accepts no
responsibility for any loss or damage to equipment, merchandise or property left on the premises prior to, during or after the function.
10. The Hirer assumes full responsibility for any and all damage caused to any part of the Club by him/her or their guests, invitees or other persons attending the function.
11. On Public Holidays and Sundays – a surcharge of 20% will be charged to cover penalty rates.
12. The Club will take all reasonable steps to ensure all the conditions of the Booking Agreement are observed. However, the Club will not be responsible if unable to carry out the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control.
13. While every effort will be made to avoid price rises, prices are subject to change without notification.
14. Dress regulations are in force for all functions. Thongs, Shirts without collars, Torn clothing will not be allowed in the Club House.
15. DOSA - The Club Smoking Area is on the right-hand side of the veranda only. Smoking is not permitted in any other area of the Club.
16. Exception to DOSA: When the Function Room and the Private Balcony are hired for the function, smoking on the balcony is not permitted at any time as this are becomes a food area.
17. Conditions of Hire of Golf Carts: Two people ONLY at a time in a Cart. No standing on the back of the carts and No sitting on the guards.
18. Cart Hire Fees: $100.00 for 4 carts. Extra carts are available on request at $25.00 each. 19. The Club’s bar will cease trading at 11.30pm.
