10. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governess / faculty performance

Feedback forms are designed and circulated at the end of every term and feedback about Faculty

is collected. The Principal interacts regularly with the students through informal discussion on

issues related to Institution & Faculty. The Students are also encouraged to send any comments or

views about the Institution & Faculty in the suggestion box placed near the administrative office.

11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Grievance Committee details has been put up in the institute. Grievance can be registered at

‘Online Grievance Redressal’ portal available on the website www.gip.edu.in. Grievance may

also be submitted by the aggrieved student in written addressing to the secretary of the Grievance

Committee of the institute.

On receipt of the application, secretary shall inform the chairperson and shall immediately

provide a copy to the institution for furnishing its reply within seven days.

Secretary shall fix a date for hearing the complaint which shall be communicated to the aggrieved

person and to the Grievance Committee members, either in writing or electronically, as may be

feasible.

An aggrieved person may appear either in person or represented by such person as may be

authorized to present his case.

The chairperson of the committee shall ensure disposal of every application within one month of

receipt for speedy redress of grievance.

On the conclusion of proceedings, the chairperson of the committee shall pass such order, with

reasons for such order, as may be deemed fit to redress the grievance and provide such relief as

may be desirable to affected party at issue.

In case of any false/frivolous complaint, the chairperson of the committee may order appropriate

action against the complainant.
