The various feedback mechanisms followed in our institution are Subject-wise Students’ Feedback, Feedback
from alumni in Alumni meetings and Faculty Performance Appraisal System. Suggestion boxes are used for
institutional governance.
11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
▪ Meeting with Staff at regular intervals
▪ Director’s meeting with Principal at regular intervals
▪ Meeting with students at regular intervals
▪ Class Committee meetings are held in which grievances of students are taken note and, subsequently
remedial measures are taken.
▪ Complaints and suggestion boxes are kept at a number of places in the college campus and also in the
boy hostels. Director regularly attends these regularly.
▪ There is a committee (given below) which will consider the representation from the employees with
regard to grievances, if any, and suggest the possible method of redressal to the management whose
ultimate aim is to create a grievance less – society of employees.

“Mens sona corporae sona” (Latin). Sound Mind in a Sound body. Following this principle, the college
authorities want to inculcate sportive spirit, healthy body, sound mind and competitive spirit among the
students. Therefore to encourage Sports and Games in the College, Sports Council is formed. This council will
pick up the talented students and arrange to offer training for such persons.
This is established with sports-loving persons as its members to create enthusiasm and interest in sports and
games activities among students, to mobilize funds to support conduct of various tournaments and matches
among institutions to strengthen the competitiveness and encourage effective participation to catch up the top-
notch position.
