MANKINDS PROBLEM GODS SOLUTION

Any given situation that we declare that we know better than Gods Law (the Bible), we are in

essence placing ourselves above Gods Law and putting ourselves in the place of God. It is

almost as if when speaking to God we would say, God, you have some good ideas, but I think

this way would be better.

Satan tempted Eve in the Paradise or Garden by saying in Genesis 3:5, For God doth know

that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened and ye shall be as gods,

knowing good and evil.

She fell for the temptation (sin) that she being part of man (mankind) she could be God and

God was keeping that from her and from Adam. So, Gods Paradise or Garden had been

polluted.

The sin therefore was that a man could become God. So, how could a righteous God justify

man when man told God the he (man) is God? What a dilemma! The only way to justify the

sin of man, being God, was to have a perfect man that was also God, a mediator between

God and man (1 Timothy 2:5), and therefore able to present us faultless before the throne

and the presence of His glory (Jude 1:24).

Now the sin of man had to be paid for or God could not be just. All sin is placing man in a

domineering position over God. So, God poured His wrath out on the only God/Man that

would ever exist and because the penalty for sin is death, Jesus died carrying our sins, but the

good news is he didnt deserve to die. Jesus didnt have any sin of His own, So, on the thirdday he rose, because death could not hold him.

The Bible tells us that he is the only God/Man that will ever exist, because he is the head and

we are the body. What we celebrate at communion is that we are the body of Christ

(Colossians 1:18). In Colossians 1:16 we are told that Jesus created all things all the planets

and in 2:9 it tells us that in Jesus dwells the fullness of the Godhead. Therefore, it is Jesus

who rules and reigns over all His created planets. Also, Jesus holds every nation of the

universe together as Colossians 1:17 says, And by Him all things consist..

Why is Jesus the Way, the Truth and the Life? Lets focus on the life that He gives us, Hisperfect life presented to God the Father on our behalf, know that all have sinned and fallen

short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Notice that Jesus did not fall short of the glory of

God. He, who was and is the sinless Lamb of God, is God and He alone. 1 Corinthians 1:27

says, But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God

hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things that are mighty.

In conclusion, let me share two scriptures: 1 John 5:20 says, And we know that the Son of

God has come and hath given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is true; and

we are in Him that is true in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. 1 John

5:12: He that hath the Son hath life, (Those that have asked Jesus into their heart to

commune with Him,) and he that hath not the Son, hath not life.
