As we paused last month to give thanks for our many blessings, hundreds of families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where able to thank the Lord for food on their Thanksgiving tables, with the help and generosity of MANNA Worldwide, Angel Food Ministries, anonymous donors, and a small army of volunteers.!

5:00 a.m. seems awfully early to most of us, especially on a Saturday morning.! But for these ded ica ted MANNA Wor ldwide volunteers, 5:00 a.m. on the fourth Saturday each month represents the start of a busy day of food distribution through MANNA and Angel Food. We even have some volunteers that arrive at 4:00 a.m. to begin unloading the trucks!!!!!

MANNA Worldwide serves as the distribution site for Angel Food Ministries for all of Tarrant, Johnson and Parker Counties.! Thousands of pounds of food are delivered, which then has to be unloaded, sorted, and handed out to approximately 30 Angel Food Host sites throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.! In addition, MANNA Worldwide serves as a host site for Angel Food in our local community.! Since the MANNA/Angel Food ministry began, nearly 3,500 boxes of food have been

del ivered to individuals and famil ies throughout our local area.
