The load cell BP-LR1 is a load limiter whose func-tion consists on dis-activating a relay when the loadovercomes the pre-set value.

Installation:1. Install the load cell between the chassis and thecabin. 2. With the empty car and with the used of the nutthat has the cell, applied the pre-load by forcingslowly the nut until the led of the pre-load lights on. 3. Place weights in the cabin up to arrive to thevalue that you wants to limit the load of the eleva-tor. Adjust the potentiometer until the led of theoverload turn's off, checking that if the potentiome-ter is slightly rotated in an contrary way the ledwill light up again , in this way, we make sure thatthe limit of the overload is adjusted correctly .

Notes: 1. In certain moments, the led of the pre-load couldbe off, due to the mechanical tolerances. 2. The led of the overload should be On so that theelevator works, and when the overload acts it willturned off .3. In a normal state, the relay is activated and it willbe disabled when the overload level is overcome. 4. If the power supply turned down the relay will bedisabled and the elevator will be blocked. 5. The power supply is 24 VDC (Red/Rojo for Posi-tive and Black/Negro for Negative) 6. Relays contacts: Blue(Azul) Common White(Blanco) Usually closed Green(Verde) Usually open
