BackOffice - Riablo Results BackOffice - Tests results
After an exercise session of Riablo, you can look at the results in the
Back Office. The Riablosity indicates your overall score of the exercise.
The Precision is high if the user was near the perfect angle to reach.
The Stability indicates how stable the body was during the exercise.
The Accuracy is low if the user compensates too much.
Each result can be printed to be attached to the medical file of the user.
After the user performed a test with Check in Motion or with Back in Action
you can find the results in details in BackOffice. There you’ll find the scorefor each test and with details of angles reached during the exercises.
Each result can be printed to be attached to the medical file of the user.

Troubleshooting
Before requesting service
Power
Network
SoundPicture
Go through this section if you experience difficulty in operating the
system. Should any problem persist, contact the appropriate customer
service helpline:
tel: 0039 0461 960157
mail: [email protected]
fax: 0461 955700
The system does not turn on.
• Check that the AC power cord is securely inserted in the system
and the electrical outlet.
A connection to the network cannot be established.
• Check that the WiFi is enabled on your computer.
• Try to update the network scan if you are sure the system is turned on.
There is no sound.
• Check that the muting function on the TV speakers is turned on.
Also check that the volume is at the appropriate level.
• The sound doesn’t begin until the game begins.
• If an audio device is connected, check the settings of the device.
For details refer to the instructions supplied with the audio device.
• There may be a problem with the miniHDMI cable. Try using another
cable that is compatible with the system.• Some contents that support Dolby Digital, DTS, and other formats
may not produce audio from all channels.
There is no picture on the TV screen.
• Make sure you have completed all steps, in the order that they appear,
on the System Setup sheet included with your system.
• Make sure that all components of your setup are plugged into power
outlets.
• Make sure that cable connections are correctly installed and that all
plugs are securely plugged into the appropriate connectors.• Check that the input mode on the TV is appropriate for the connector in
use on the system.
• There may be a problem with the miniHDMI cable in use. Try using
another cable with the system, sometimes mini HDMI cables are
incompatible with the device
• If the video output settings on the system do not match those of the
cable or TV in use, there may be no picture. If the screen goes blank,
turn off the system. Then with only the system and the TV connected,
touch the system’s power button to turn the system back on. The video
output setting will automatically be reset to the standard resolution. If
the resolution of the video content is not supported by the TV in use, the

Sensors and/or Board
Remote controllerThe Back Office does not display properly.• Try to turn off and turn on again the system.
The sensors and/or the board does not respond.
• If the sensors does not respond try to turn them off pushing and
holding the small black button on the front part of the sensor or thered button on the front part of the board until the led turns off. Then
turn them on again.

• To reset the turned off sensors, press and hold the power button
untill the led clashes red, then press and hold to turn on.
The sensors and/or the board does not match the user’s movements.
• If the sensors does not match the user’s movements it may be
caused by straps moving during the exercises. Reposition the band
and recalibrate using the M button.
• If the previous tip does not help use the re-calibrating function onthe in-game menu.
The following conditions can interfere with the operation of the sensors:
1. Using the sensors in an surround full of WiFi connections.
2. Using the sensors too far from the system. The optimal distance is
between 1 and 4 meters.
The remote controller
• Make sure no objects are blocking the signals between the system,
and the remote.
• Make sure batteries are not depleted.
The following conditions can interfere with the operation of the remote:
1. Using the remote too close or too far from the system. The optimal
distance is between 1 and 4 meters.
2. Bright light sources (including sunlight) behind or near the TV,shining towards the remote or reflecting off the TV screen.
3. Highly reflective surfaces near the dongles.
4. Sources of infrared light in the gameplay area such as electric,
propane or kerosene heaters, flames from fireplaces, candles,
stoves or other sources of heat.
5. Radio frequency interference may cause the Remote to work
erratically. Check for and turn off wireless devices such as cordless
phones, wireless computer keyboards mice or other similar
