1. Preparing work before using:

A. Products manual must be read carefully before using the

machine;

B. The external cables (national standard 8 square, preparing by

yourself) by waterproof cap to connect the machine, built-in open

place, three FireWire connected to the open space, the zero line

connects the head line at side, length according to your needs (in

general should not exceed 20 m);

C. Connected to the steam gun, steam pipes, washing machine

and put the gun and pipe connection at the insulation casing,

beware of burns;

D. Connected to the the micro water gun (or brush),

micro-plumbing and washing machine;

E. Add the water respectively into the top of the steam tank, micro

water box; Or from the connecting water pipe automatic adding

water into steam tank affusion;

F. Add the 6 bottles cooling oil(together with the machine) into a

stainless steel cylinder (dimensions: diameter 90MM high 350MM);

3. When using at the first time, you should open the machine door

to observe the various joints with or without fittings loose leakage

2. Cold start, can adjust the dry and wet button into the most dry

state (above 6 below 0), at this time, it is minimum flow rate, the

fastest start. Press the steam button, the gun is turned off, heat

indicator lights, the heat exchanger start to heat up. The

temperature rises to 80 degrees, water pump works, that is,

produces steam; and when the pressure rise to more than 8 kg, the

temperature rises to more than 100 degrees, then you can wash

cars.

3. Normal car washing, can adjust the dry and wet button into the

largest wet (up is 0, down is 6), by this time steam pressure and

humidity to the maximum, cleaning body effect is good.

4. Press the micro water button, micro-pumps, the system enters

the state of the micro-water work. Micro water gun, brush can be

interchanged.

Panel indicate

1. Steam button: press the button, the light on, the steam is

working;

2. Micro water button: press the button, the light on, the micro

water working;

3. Heating button: When it is bright, electric heating pipe works,

heat exchanger comes into the heating stage;

4. Pump button: when it is bright, water pump is working, water

comes into the heat exchanger for heat exchange;

5. Power button: when it is bright, means the electricity is good;

6. Pressure button: when it is bright, means that the steam

pressure is more than 10kg, it will stop heating and pumping, until

the heating button and pump button is not bright, the pressure will

recover to 8kg, it works again;

7. Water shortage(lack of water) button: When it is light, there will

be accompanied by a beep prompts the lack of water, washing

machine automatically stops heating and pumping; it will

automatically return to work after adding water;

8. Temperature(overheat) button: When it is light, the heater

temperature exceeds the rated temperature, and it will

automatically stop heating;

9. Dry and wet adjusting button: Up and down, two buttons. The

above button is the time of water pump stops water, the below one

is the pumps working time. You need to keep up button at 6, down

button is 0;

10. Recover button: Press down, the pump is forced to shut down.

When using the machine, a long time after the shutdown, due to the

steam pipe caused to the environment heat again to start the steam

moisture, long recovery key, etc. steam dries release can quickly

resume normal work;

11. Prevent frostbite: When it is shutdown, pressing the antifreeze

button, the residual water discharge pipeline idling pumps, refer to

the "Notes" within antifreeze operation;

Remove water scale/ lime scale

As to the steam machine, please use the waterlime scale remove agents such as citric acid oracetic acid to remove the lime scale:a. Usually overtemperature;b. every week or every 2 weeks(or after you

wash 150-200 cars).c. Finding the steam is dry, and the steam is

less and less.

Please take the steam hose away from themachine, add the water limescale removeagents into the water tank. Then let themachine work. The limescale will be out fromthe steam outlet.

Proportion of lime scale remover (citric acid oracetic acid) and water is about 1 : 10.
