2.- PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD: - Lea detenidamente y de forma completa este manual de instrucciones antes del uso del aparato. - Guarde este manual para futuras consultas. - No utilice el ATX-3000A en recintos donde los equipos de radio estén prohibidos, recintos con atmósfera explosiva como pueden ser gasolineras o estaciones petroquímicas, áreas de voladura, a bordo de aeronaves, en los aeropuertos, en los puertos, junto a aparatos de electromedicina, etc. - No utilice este aparato si está dañado. - Cuando conecte este aparato a una fuente de alimentación externa, compruebe que las especificaciones técnicas de la fuente de alimentación son las requeridas para el funcionamiento del ATX-3000A. - No coloque el equipo junto a una fuente de calor ni lo exponga a los rayos directos del sol de manera prolongada. - No exponga el ATX-3000A a ambientes con exceso de humedad, polvo o suciedad. - Limpie el equipo con un paño suave y ligeramente humedecido con agua limpia y/o un detergente neutro para eliminar la suciedad, grasa y polvo.

- No limpiar el equipo con productos de limpieza corrosivos o disolventes. - El fabricante y el distribuidor declinan cualquier responsabilidad debido a un fallo de este equipo cuando se utiliza para realizar tareas de vigilancia y rescate. - El fabricante y el distribuidor declinan cualquier responsabilidad en caso de pérdida de vidas y propiedades debido a un fallo del ATX-3000A cuando se utiliza con o como parte de un dispositivo fabricado por terceros. - El uso de accesorios no recomendados o incompatibles pueden ocasionar daños a este aparato, quedando invalidada la garantía. - No coloque el ATX-3000A sobre una superficie inestable o con vibración, puede caerse al suelo. - Evite la condensación por humedad; secar completamente el aparato y el alimentador AC/DC antes de su uso. - Los materiales de embalaje (bolsas de plástico, etc.), no deben dejarse al alcance de los niños, ya que son una potencial fuente de peligro. 3.- CARACTERISTICAS: El ATX-3000 es un simple interface para función repetidor, lo que comúnmente se denomina “Loro” entre los usuarios de las radiocomunicaciones. Es un dispositivo de grabación de voz multifunción que se conecta a prácticamente cualquier transceptor portátil, móvil o base del mercado. Ofrece una calidad excepcional de grabación de voz y una capacidad más alta que cualquier otro dispositivo comparable en el mercado. ● Reenvío automático de mensajes cada 15/30/45/60 minutos. ● Configuración de funciones por control remoto a través de códigos “DTMF”. ● Frecuencia de muestreo de 19.2 kHz para una excelente calidad de voz. ● Funciona con una batería interna de Ión-Lítio de 3.7 V o alimentado a través de cualquier fuente

USB de 5 Vcc, como por ejemplo un cargador de teléfono móvil. ● La batería de Ión-Lítio incorporada ofrece un funcionamiento de hasta 72 horas. ● Puede utilizarse como baliza para repetidores anunciando indicativo y localizador. ● Se puede utilizar para la “cacería del zorro”, configurando intervalos de repetición. ● El usuario puede cambiar la contraseña del control remoto mediante tonos “DTMF”. ● El usuario puede activar/desactivar de forma remota el ATX-3000A mediante tonos “DTMF”. ● Salida de audio ajustable de forma remota. ● Visualización del nivel de audio. ● Visualización automática del nivel de carga de la batería (20 % ~ 100 %).

● Proporciona una visualización del nivel de entrada de audio (para mejor calidad de voz). ● Incorpora función “Roger beep”. ● Visualización de la señal “DTMF”. ● Repetidor simplex: Un repetidor simplex registra las transmisiones entrantes y las retransmite en la misma frecuencia. Esto tiene el efecto de duplicar el tiempo requerido para transmitir un mensaje, pero mientras que un repetidor tradicional tiene un coste económico elevado y podría ser de uso semipersonal en el mejor de los casos, un repetidor simplex puede ser configurado con un solo transceptor portátil y operando con baterías. Esto lo hace perfecto para su uso en catástrofes, para su uso en el hogar o campamentos, y cualquier lugar donde el rango de cobertura necesita ser mayor, pero el coste y la complejidad de un repetidor tradicional no pueden justificarse. ● Mensaje de voz: El ATX-3000A funciona como un contestador automático, lo que permite a los usuarios grabar mensajes para su posterior retransmisión. Se pueden grabar hasta 3 mensajes entrantes, con un tiempo de grabación total de hasta 180 segundos. ● Compatible con la mayoría de equipos de radiocomunicaciones del mercado: Dynascan, Wouxun, Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, Alinco, Vertex Standard, Yaesu, Midlan, Baofeng, etc. Nota: - Para más información en referencia a los equipos compatibles, consulte con su distribuidor o vendedor.

4.- ARTICULOS SUMINISTRADOS: Antes de utilizar el ATX-3000A compruebe que el embalaje no está dañado. Abra el embalaje con cuidado, le recomendamos que identifique los elementos enumerados en la siguiente tabla. Si falta algún artículo o si encuentra alguno de ellos dañado, póngase en contacto inmediatamente con su vendedor o distribuidor.

5.- INSTALACION: Instale el cable USB en el conector del alimentador AC/DC (opcional), seguidamente conecte el alimentador AC/DC a un enchufe de pared cercano y de fácil acceso de 230 Vca y conecte el otro extremo del cable a la entrada de alimentación “DC IN” del ATX-3000A. Conecte el cable controlador para función repetidor al ATX-3000A y al transceptor (no suministrado), deberá solicitar a su vendedor el modelo del cable controlador en función del transceptor que vaya a ser utilizado.

6.- DESCRIPCION DEL EQUIPO:

VISUALIZACION DE LA SEÑAL “DTMF”

7.- FUNCIONAMIENTO: 7.1.- ENCENER Y APAGAR EL ATX-3000A: Utilice el la tecla [ON/OFF] para encender y apagar el aparato. ● Encender (ON): El led “POWER” parpadea en rojo cuando el aparato está encendido en modo de espera. Los led indicadores del nivel de carga de la batería se iluminan. ● Apagar (OFF): Mantenga pulsada la tecla [ON/OFF] hasta que el led rojo se apague.

7.2.- CONEXION DEL TRANSCEPTOR: Utilice el conector serigrafiado como “To Radio” para conectar el transceptor mediante el cable de control. 7.3.- CONEXION DE LA ALIMENTACION EXTERNA: Utilice el conector [DC IN] para conectar un alimentador USB AC/DC (opcional) o una fuente de alimentación externa que suministre una tensión continua de 5 a 24 Vcc. 7.4.- MODO DE REPOSO: ● Encienda el ATX-3000A y el transceptor. ● Mantenga pulsado el [PTT] de cualquier transceptor que incorpore teclado “DTMF”. Pulse las teclas [#] [#] [2] (modo) + [8] [8] [8] [8] (contraseña), el ATX-3000A entrará en modo de reposo. 7.5.- MODO DE TRABAJO (con contraseña): ● Encienda el ATX-3000A y el transceptor. ● Mantenga pulsado el [PTT] de cualquier transceptor que incorpore teclado “DTMF”. Pulse las teclas [#] [#] [1] (modo) + [8] [8] [8] [8] (contraseña), el ATX-3000A entrará en modo de trabajo. 7.6.- CAMBIAR LA CONTRASEÑA: ● Encienda el transceptor. ● Encienda el ATX-3000A, el led indicador de estado “POWER” parpadea en rojo. ● Mantenga pulsado el [PTT] de cualquier transceptor que incorpore teclado “DTMF” (Además del transceptor instalado con el ATX-3000A). ● Realice los dos pasos siguientes para cambiar la contraseña:

##71 Reproduce el último mensaje. ##81 Graba el mensaje 1, máximo tiempo de grabación = 60 segundos.

● Pulse [#] [#] [6] [1] + [0] para deshabilitar la repetición del mensaje. 7.9.- PRUEBA DEL ENVIO AUTOMATICO DEL MENSAJE: ● Pulse [#] [#] [6] [2] para comprobar la última configuración. (* El led indicador de estado parpadeará en azul cada 10 segundos). Si previamente pulsa ##611, esta función repetirá su mensaje dos veces cada 20 segundos. Si previamente pulsa ##612, esta función repetirá su mensaje dos veces cada 40 segundos. Si previamente pulsa ##613, esta función repetirá su mensaje dos veces cada 60 segundos. Si previamente pulsa ##614, esta función repetirá su mensaje dos veces cada 80 segundos. 8.- ACCESORIOS OPCIONALES: Dispone de una múltiple gama de cables de control para función repetidor para conectar a equipos de las marcas Dynascan, Wouxun, Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, Alinco, Vertex Standard, Yaesu, Midlan, Baofeng, etc. Para elegir el cable adecuado, consulte con su distribuidor o vendedor. Opcionalmente también dispone de alimentadores USB con clavijas para distintos países. 9.- ESPECIFICACIONES TECNICAS:

Alimentación: Batería incorporada Ión-Lítio 3.7 V/900 mAh. Alimentación externa y carga de batería: 5 a 24 Vcc. Consumo: 4 mA en espera y 20-30 mAh en funcionamiento. Protección del control remoto “DTMF”: Por contraseña de 4 dígitos a definir por el usuario. Duración de la batería en “standby”: 180 horas (aproximado). Grabación de mensajes: Hasta 180 segundos. Indicadores: Led indicadores de estado y de alimentación externa. Dimensiones: 110 x 80 x 25 mm. Peso (gr): 84 gr (sin accesorios).

10.- SOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS: Si tiene problemas con el ATX-3000A, siga las instrucciones indicadas en la tabla siguiente.

Problema Posible solución El ATX-3000A no se enciende.

Compruebe que la tensión externa de alimentación está comprendida en un rango de tensión de 5 Vcc a 24 Vcc. Asegúrese de que la tensión externa de alimentación es estable y que el ATX-3000A está encendido. Si la tensión de alimentación es correcta, el equipo puede estar averiado.

Error de transmisión y recepción.

El transceptor recibe mucho ruido: Configure subtonos “CTCSS” o códigos “DCS” para el funcionamiento como repetidor. El transceptor recibe ruido después de programar subtonos “CTCSS”/códigos “DCS”: Ajuste el nivel del “squelch” del transceptor que está conectado al ATX-3000A.

Carga de batería insuficiente.

El alimentador AC/DC (opcional) está averiado o la batería interna defectuosa, reemplace el alimentador AC/DC o la batería por una de las mismas características que la suministrada con el aparato.

La batería se descarga rápidamente después de realizar su carga completa.

La vida útil de la batería ha finalizado, sustitúyala por otra nueva de las mismas características que la suministrada con el aparato.

El ATX-3000A no funciona.

Hay un problema con el transceptor o el volumen del transceptor está ajustado demasiado bajo.

No hay respuesta. Si el transceptor no recibe, seleccione otro canal o compruebe que los subtonos “CTCSS” o códigos “DCS” programados son los mismos en todos los transceptores del grupo de usuarios.

El control remoto “DTMF” no funciona.

El transceptor no incorpora la función “DTMF”. El nivel de audio ajustado es muy bajo o muy alto.

El teclado “DTMF” no funciona.

El nivel de audio es muy bajo o muy alto. Verifique el teclado “DTMF”.

El rango cobertura es muy reducido.

La potencia de transmisión del transceptor es muy baja, seleccione la potencia alta o utilice un transceptor con mayor potencia de transmisión.

Si sigue teniendo problemas, consulte con su distribuidor, vendedor o Servicio Técnico.

El aparato indicado en el presente Certificado está garantizado por un periodo de DOS AÑOS a contar desde la fecha indicada en la factura o ticket de compra del aparato. Esta garantía es única e intransferible, no pudiendo ser emitida de nuevo ni en original ni en copia. La sustitución del aparto por avería del aparato, cualquier accesorio o pieza del mismo no implicará prórroga de la garantía. La garantía cubre la sustitución y reposición gratuita de todas las piezas que presenten defectos en los materiales y componentes empleados en la fabricación y/o montaje del aparato. La comprobación de los accesorios es responsabilidad del adquiriente en el momento de la compra del aparato. La garantía no cubre las posibles averías causadas por accidentes, instalación y uso inadecuado, uso de accesorios no originales o incompatibles, conexión a una tensión distinta a la especificada, ni reclamaciones debidas a deterioro en el aspecto externo por el uso normal y reparaciones realizadas por personal ajeno al Servicio Técnico Oficial. La garantía no cubre las baterías recargables ni aunque éstas formen parte del equipo adquirido ya que se consideran material fungible. Su posible deterioro debe de ser comunicado en un plazo máximo de QUINCE DIAS contados a partir de la fecha de compra del aparato. La garantía quedará anulada en aparatos y accesorios en los que el número de serie haya sido modificado, borrado o se presente ilegible. Para hacer uso de la garantía es necesario entregar en el establecimiento vendedor o en alguno de los Servicios Técnicos Oficiales el aparato averiado junto con sus accesorios y la siguiente documentación:

1. Certificado de Garantía debidamente cumplimentado y sellado. 2. Factura o ticket original. 3. Descripción de la avería o defectos encontrados.

Si la reparación o sustitución del aparato no es posible, puede acudir al establecimiento vendedor donde adquirió el aparato para que le sea devuelto el importe pagado (imprescindible presentar el ticket de compra y el informe del Servicio Técnico Oficial). ● Roger beep function incorporate. ● DTMF signal display. ● Simplex repeater: A simplex repeater records incoming transmissions and retransmits them on the same frequency. This has the effect of doubling the time required to transmit a message, but while a traditional repeater typically costs thousands of money and might be semi-portable at best, a simplex repeater can be set up with a single handheld radio and operated from batteries. This makes it perfect for disaster response, home or campground use, and any place where radio range needs to be extended but the cost and complexity of a traditional repeater can’t be justified. ● Voice message: The ATX-3000A operates like as a telephone answering machine, allowing users to record messages for later retrieval. 5.- INSTALLATION: Install the USB cable into the AC/DC power supply connector (optional), then connect the AC/DC power supply to an easy and near 230 VAC wall outlet and connect the other cable connector to the “DC IN” of the ATX-3000A. Connect the repeater controller cable to the ATX-3000A and to the transceiver (not supplied), you must ask your salesperson for the model of the control cable depending on the transceiver to be used.

7.- OPERATION: 7.1.- TURN ON/OFF THE ATX-3000A: Use the [ON/OFF] switch to turn ON/OFF the equipment. ● Power ON: The “POWER” led blink in red color when the equipment is in standby mode. The battery level led indicators light up. ● Power OFF: Press and hold the [ON/OFF] switch until the red LED goes out.

7.2.- TRANSCEIVER CONNECTION: Use the “To Radio” jack to connect a transceiver by control cable. 7.3.- EXTERNAL DC POWER CONNECTION: Use the [DC IN] jack to connect an external AC/DC adapter (optional) or a 5 to 24 VDC external power supply. 7.4.- STANDBY MODE: ● Turn ON the ATX-3000A and the transceiver. ● Press and hold the [PTT] of any transceiver with DTMF function. 10.- TROUBLESHOOTING: If you have problems with the ATX-3000A, follow the instructions in the table below.

Problem Possible solution No turn ON the ATX-3000A.

Check that the external supply voltage is within a voltage range of 5 VDC to 24 VDC. Make sure that the external power supply voltage is stable and that the ATX-3000A is turned ON. If the supply voltage is correct, the equipment may be damaged.

TX and RX error. The transceiver get more noise: Set “CTCSS” tones or “DCS” codes for repeater operation. The transceiver get noise after setting “CTCSS”/“DCS”: Set the squelch level of the transceiver that is connected to the ATX-3000A.

Low battery charge. The AC/DC power supply (optional) or the internal battery maybe damages, replace the AC/DC power supply or battery with one of the same characteristics as the one supplied with the unit.

The battery is discharged quickly after its full charge.

The battery life has finished, replace it with a new one of the same characteristics as the one supplied with the equipment.

No response the ATX-3000A.

There is a problem with the transceiver or the volume of the transceiver is set too low.

No response. If the transceiver does not receive, select another channel or check that the programmed “CTCSS” tones or “DCS” codes are the same on all transceivers in the user group.

The DTMF remote control does not work.

The transceiver does not incorporate the DTMF function. The setting audio level is too low or too high.

The DTMF keypad does not work.

The audio level is too low or too high. Check the DTMF keypad.

The communication coverage range is too short.

The transmitter power of the transceiver is too low, select the high power or use a transceiver with higher transmission power.

If it continues the problems, consult with their distributor, salesperson or Technical Service.

This warranty do not transferable and may not be do again in original or copy. The replacement of the equipment by product failure, any accessory or part thereof does not involve extension of the guarantee. The warranty covers the replacement and free replacement of all parts that are damaged in materials and components used in manufacturing and / or assembly of the equipment. Checking the accessories is the responsibility of the purchaser at the time of purchase of the equipment. The warranty doesn't cover any damages caused by accidents, installation and improper use, use of non-original or incompatible accessories, connection to a different voltage than specified in the instruction manual, or deterioration in external appearance by normal use and repairs that is performed at other Official Technical Service. The warranty doesn't cover the rechargeable batteries neither although these are part of the acquired equipment since they are considered fungible material. Its possible deterioration should be communicated in a maximum term of 15 counted DAYS starting from the date of purchase of the equipment. The warranty doesn't cover the equipment and accessories in those that the serial number has been modified, erased or show up illegible. To make use of the warranty it is necessary to surrender the equipment damaged in the sales establishment or in some of the Official Technical Service together with their accessories and the following documents:
