First steps to operate your phone
SIM card information
When you subscribe to a cellular network, you receivea plug-in SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card
loaded with your subscription details, such as yourPIN, and available optional services.
Install and charge the phone
Remove the battery.

T9 predicts the word that you are typing, and itmay change with each key that you press.

Sending a sequence of DTMF tones
Dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) tones are the tones
used in phones for tone dialling.You can send DTMF tones as a group after entering theentire number you need to send or retrieving anumber from Phonebook. This feature is helpful forentering a password or an account number when you

While viewing the contact list or contact details, press
to access the following options: View: display details about the contact.
Edit: edit the contact information.
Send message: send an SMS, MMS, or e-mailmessage.
Add new contact: add a new contact toPhonebook.
Copy to: copy the contact to the phones memoryor the SIM card.
Send via: send the contact via SMS, MMS, e-mail,or Bluetooth.
Delete: delete the selected contact or all contacts.

Managing speed dial entries
From the Speed dial screen, press to
access the following options: Add: assign a number to an unassigned key.
View: show the number assigned to the key.
Change: assign a different number to theassigned key.

Use this menu to manage Phonebook.
Default saving: select a default memory locationto save contacts.
If you select Ask on saving, the phone will askyou to select a memory location when saving anumber.
Copy all to phone: copy all of the contacts storedon the SIM card to the phones memory.
Delete all: delete all of the contacts from yourphones memory, your SIM card, or both.

Creating a play list
Add MP3 files to the play list.
1. From the MP3 player screen, press and select Add to playlist.
2. Select either of the following options:
Add all: add all of the files in the phonesmemory to the play list.
Add files: add specific files to the play list.
3. If you selected Add files, press [ ] to check thefiles to be added and press .
4. Press to go back to the MP3 player
screen.

Voice recorder (Menu 3.3)
Use this menu to record voice memos. A voice memo
can be up to one hour long.Recording a voice memo
1. Press [ ] to start recording.
2. Speak into the microphone.
Press [ ] to pause or resume the recording.3. When you finish, press [Down]. The voice memo is
saved automatically.
4. Press [Up] to record another voice memo, or press to access the following options:
Play: play back your voice memo.
