• Choose the one that fit you … continue
• All Blue items is required information
• Scan & Attach in Pdf format your Insurance Liability
• Note: DCA must be the certificate holder
• Continue - You will get an error message if you missed any of the blue items and attached the insurance form.
• If you are missing any information you will not be able to proceed.
Now it is time to collect some funds
• You can pay with Master Card, Discovery or Electric Check
• *NO VISA*
• Print your receipt
• Upon approval by 3rd party & DCA
• Now you are ready to attach plans & order Insignias.

Now what happens now?• Shed Orders go directly to Third Party for view
only and to DCA Personal to complete order for shipment.
• All others go to the Third party for approval then to DCA Personal to complete order for shipment ** must have Inspection Report before.
• In order for you to receive your Insignias in a timely manner we need for you to make sure your manufactures provide DCA Personal with a FedEx or DHL Account number, you can provide this information via email [email protected] , in the comment box or by phone.
