Eagles Landing Rules

EAGLES LANDING is an Agra-tourism facility. You

are assuming the risk & liability while on the property,

and will be required to sign a waiver for registering to

camp.

All group activities are to be adult supervised

We are a working camp and participants will setup and

takedown all equipment used for their outing.

“No trace campground”- nothing left at site

No vehicle traffic beyond the front roped parking area.

Foot traffic only in Camp

This facility is powered by solar electric and well wa-

ter, “off grid site

PLEASE be a good steward of electric & water

All events are considered - “No Trace Outings” in-

cluding garbage removal from camp

No Alcoholic beverages

Hospitality fires in designated fire rings only. No Bon-

fires! Fires are Never to be left unattended!

Do not damage or cut trees or vegetation at Eagle’s

Landing

Must wear life preservers if using kayaks, canoes or

row boats

You must have a buddy with you at all times when on

the water in paddle crafts and have adult supervision of

water front activities

Catch & Release fishing only

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

Welcome to Eagle’s Landing! Our Story:

We Purchased Eagle’s Landing property in 2009. This

was a step of faith in God to direct and guide us in

the endeavors for the Gait Keeper Ministry we

founded and operate.

Combining our love for God, nature, and family rela-

tionships, we steward this land for Gait Keeper re-

treats and activities.

It is also for sharing with you to enjoy God’s beauty

in outdoor activities and fun.

Property use includes:

*Tent Camping area with 2 fire pits for small camp-

fires

*Shower House and Restrooms

*Covered Outdoor Kitchen with grill area, prep

counters & sinks.

*32 Seat, Outdoor Stone Round Table

*Outdoor Sanctuary with open air vine covered arbor

with seating for 80

*Fishing/ Catch & Release (bring your own bait &

tackle)

*Canoes/ Kayaks/Row Boats/Horse shoes/ Other field

activities

Other amenities and costs

* $20/tents - 5 Wall tents available to sleep 2-4

people each for a weekend retreat

$150 Barn rental for event use including seat-

ing setup for 75 and 30” flat screen & sound

system

Fees $130 minimum per day cost for upto 16 people

(or 17+ participants is $8 per person/day)

Max - 100 participants for a 1 day event

Max - 75 participants for an overnight retreat

To reserve your event date, a $50 deposit is re-

quired to hold the date.

Full payment due one week prior to event date.
