scheduling other activities at 2:00p.m.

Thank you again for your attendance and

participation in Lenten devotions. Special

thanks to those who attended the

Penance Service last Wednesday. We get

the best crowds of any church in our

area.

Thank you again to all who help with

funerals, especially the meal. If you have

never had a death in your family you do

not know how important that ministry is.

Active Catholics Serving Jesus will provide

the Lent Lunch on Tuesday at the Suther-

land Methodist church. I will speak and

lead prayers.

Spencer Sacred Heart will serve lunch at

Hope Reformed church on Wednesday.

Another pastor will lead the devotion.

ST. JOSEPH O'BRIEN COUNTY YOUTH FAITH FORMATION: All K-10th grade Faith Formation classes will meet on Wednesday, March 25th from 6:30-7:30p.m. Located at St. Joseph Church in Hartley.

SPENCER CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS WILL BE COLLECTING ITEMS FOR CAASA (Centers Against Abuse and Sexual Assault) during Lent. Containers are at the entrances of the church for any donations of items such as paper and cleaning supplies, laundry baskets, shampoo, lotion, deodorant, etc. These will be used by women in crisis to start up homemaking in a new place. All items donated will be appreciated by these victims.

MARCH COLLECTION FOR LOVE, INC.: Items needed in the Personal Supply are: Laundry detergent, Liquid Fabric Softener, Bleach, Dish Soap,

Garbage Bags (13 gallon), Conditioner, Q-Tips, Toothpaste, Kleenex, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Ziploc Bags (Quart & Gallon). Donated items may be taken to the Love INC office or dropped off at church. Love INC. appreciates your involvement in this ministry!

SPENCER CDA GARAGE SALE: The annual Garage Sale will be held in the Sacred Heart School Gym on Friday, April 3rd from 4:00 -8:00p.m. and on Saturday, April 4th from 8:00a.m. –noon. Proceeds go to our youth and parish needs. Free will donation except items specifically marked.

SACRED HEART MANZER FAMILY EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER is looking for vibrant, qualified individuals to work in a wonderful Christian environment as an Aide in our three-year-old rooms. The Aide position will assist children in developing social skills, ability to follow CACFP guidelines, and many other important early childhood development skills for three-year-old children. Hours are Monday-Wednesday-Friday-12:00p.m.-3:45p.m. and Tuesday-Thursday 7:30a.m.-3:30p.m. Pay rate is $10.50/hour. Position will remain open until filled.
