Helping Hands Cristiano, Julianna, Tommy, and Caleb help their mom, Sara Beth move into their new apart- ment. As the old saying goes, Many hands make for light work.Many of the staff volun- teered also to help with the move-in. Good job by all. Our New Care Center Since our new Care Center has been completed, the residents and staff have enjoyed many events and special occasions there. It is especially used by the children for before school, parties, programs by volunteers and other special events. There are rooms dedicated to the older children and for the younger ones and even infants. We want to thank each and every one of our donors and supporters who had a part in this wonderful addition to our facility. New Career Erica, One of our moms, has been accepted to Cosmetology school. She will study all aspects of hair dressing (cutting, styling, coloring, etc) as well as facials and nails. She is very excited. We are very proud of Erica!! February Volunteers 1,066 volunteer hours were donated by caring individuals who have a heart for children. They helped in the Tuesdays Treasures resale shop, tutored and interacted with the children and much more. Thank you. Day of Prayer and Giving for Children! Is your congregation planning on participating in a day of prayer and giving for children? Please plan to do so on the fifth Sunday of October this year. That is October 29, 2017. Single Parent Ministry

Do you know a single parent family who does not have a healthy place to live? The SPARK (Single Parent Alliance for Raising Kids) program can provide shelter and care. Do you know of a single parent family who seems to be in a never ending circle of unfortunate circumstances? Teaching, counseling and support from caring staff families are the tools needed to stop the heartbreaking cycle. Please remember this

ministry can help mend hearts and give families the ability to become stronger and healthier. No fees are charged for the services to these children and families.
