Health & SafetyIn an effort to ensure a healthy and safe

environment for you, your children, and our staff,

we ask that you do not drop off your child if they

are ill. Any children that appear to be sick WILLrequire us to contact the parent(s) to pick-up

their child.

Snacks arepermitted in Kids Korner and at allKids Korner events. However, we ask that all

food be nut-free.This is to protect thosechildren with severe nut allergies. *Please note

not all facilities in the community center are nut

free.

Kids Korner staff is not permitted to changediapers or take children on potty breaksunless it is a special occasion such as Moms

Day Out or Date Night. If there is a potty

emergency, Kids Korner Staff will contact

the parent/guardian, at which time the

parent/guardian is responsible for diaper

changes and potty breaks.

March is full of fun activities and events for

you and your child! Please take a moment to

Parents Day Out:Friday, March 7th, and Friday, March 21st,

Kids Korner

Newsletter!Important Information for

ParentsTo bring your child/children (ages 6 months - 10

years) to Kids Korner, you will need to complete

and/or update a registration packetthat includesa copy of your childrens immunization records.The registration packet provides us with the

correct medical, emergency, and personal

information we require to ensure a safe

environment for your children. All information

you provide is held confidential. The registration

packets can be completed at the Fitness FrontDesk or online via the community portal.Rates for Kids Korner are as follows: $3 per hourfor children ages 2 and older and $4 per hourfor

children ages 6 months to 1 year. We have 10-Punch Pass Cardavailable for $36 ages 0-2, and$27 ages 2+. Each punch is an hour of KidsKorner Time. These can be purchased at the

Fitness Front Desk. Those who purchase the 10-

Punch Pass will receive a discount on Parents

Day Out and Date Night (One discount for each

event per pass).

Please keep in mind that the maximum daily use

of the Kids Korner, are two (2) hours per

shift/per child, with a reservation, and one (1)

hour per child, as a drop in.

You can make reservations by contacting the

Fitness Front Desk at: 623-580-9556.All payments for Kids Korner must be made

at the time of reservation.**Cancellations must be made a half an hour

before the time of reservation. No refunds willbe given to those who fail to cancel on time, andwill be documented as a No Show. After two 2)

No Shows in a one month period, a 15.00 feewill be charged.

This Months ThemeEach month, Kids Korner will have a theme! This

means that theParents Day Out and Date Nightactivities and Coloring Pages will follow the

monthly theme!

This months theme is:

When dropping your child off in Kids

Korner, you are not permitted to leave thepremises for any reason.This includes hikingthe trails or going for a run around the

neighborhood.

Leaving the premises while your child is in

Kids Korner is a safety and liability concern,

and will result in a suspension of membershipprivileges and usage of Kids Korner.

It is important for our Monitors to have

parents on site and know where they are

located at all times, in case of an emergency.

We have three (3) events each month in

which parent are permitted to leave the

community center premises. Date Night,which is held on third Saturday evening of

each month for a four (4) hour period and

ParentsDay Out, which is held on the firstand thirdFridays of the monthfor a three (3)

hour period. Events are for children ages 1year to 10 years.You can sign up for these events at the

Fitness Front Desk.

An Important Reminder

Our Staff:All Kids Korner Monitors have Child Care

experience and are American Red Cross certified

in CPR, AED. It is our Monitors goalto provide a

safe and interactive environment for your

children! Please stop by and meet your Kids

Korner Monitors!

Anyone who purchases a10-Punch Passthatsigns up for Date Night will receive a $5.00

discount per enrollment.

Also, forParents Day Out, anyone with a 10-

Punch Pass will receive a $2.00 discount per

enrollment.

(One discount for each event per pass).If there are any questions please feel free to

Kids Korner Incentive Plan

Kids Korner has a new TV Policy! If you

would rather the television stay off while your

child is in Kids Korner, please let our staff

know when you drop them off! If they are

allowed to watch television the following age

appropriate and educational channels are

approved:
