We cordially invite you to participate as sponsor for the 1st UAE International MedEdDXB Conference in Dubai to be held at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dubai Healthcare City on the 2nd - 3rd of March, 2017 with anticipated attendance of more than 200 delegates from UAE and the Gulf region.
The theme of the 2017 Conference is “Health Professions Education in an Interconnected World.” As with the previous simulation conferences, renowned international speakers and experts will be present. Non-sponsoring companies and indviduals that would like to purchase less than 10 passes can do so using the table below.
The registration fee to the MedEdDXB Conference will cover tuition, course handouts, access to the exhibition area, certificate of CME, lunch and coffee breaks for the congress only.
Non-sponsoring Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the MedEdDXB Conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such:

The exhibition floor plan will follow a first contracted first served basis. The floor plan at MBRU accommodates the following areas based on tier allocation as indicated in the legend wherein C slots are allocated to commercial partners and S slots are allocated to institutional partners.

Exhibition will run in parallel to the scientific program and is located both in front of the auditroium and in the foyer area of the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences. All built booths require approval of design by February 15, 2017. Sponsors’ sub-contractors are required to fill in a security clearance and compliance form on behalf or by their third-party booth designers/builders. The forms are provided by the venue in order to access the exhibition area.
