trying to find a better price for their inputs. As early as 1921 there are records of farmers
collectively buying turnip, corn and mangel seed.(Mangel seed is a type of forage beet). It was in 1944that we find our first records of incorporation as theHarriston Co-operative Association. Now, 70 years
later, we have over 4000 member-owners doingbusiness with us from 4 locations. We have paid back over 1 million dollars in patronage to our member-owners and are proudly governed by a
