    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

What I have observed at the company I'd choose to enter is their de-

sire to help others and the Value of the people/employee, who do the work

and give all their best for the growth of their company.

The strength and challenges of this company is their dedication to pro-

vide a quality health care and the hard works of the staff and employees.

I think one of the challenge of this company is handling the different peo-

    ple with different attitude.

I think the best practice of this company is try to have a good commu-

nication to the others. Because some of their employee didnt know how to

    communicate well.

My over-all observation in this company, they have a good hospital

and medical services, they assist their patient well , their employees is well

motivated and performed their task as best as they can.

    V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following:

Sort and file (PDAF) Priority Development Assistance Fund

    Releasing Documents

    Indexing voucher

What we do weekly are the following:

It is also the same to our daily task

What we do monthly are the following:

Recording the (JBR) Journal of Bills Rendered

    (Payments and Charity)

During my whole training in Lung Center of the Philippines, I think the

problem/s that I have encountered is the only problem Ive seen is about

their facilities, Especially the sanitation of the canteen.
