Dear Sirs:

Based on the information received, we have prepared the following quote of our

materials for the construction of the Casablanca Marina.

It consist on the sale of material for two independent sets of formwork for the executionof the rectangular floors of Buildings 1 and 2 (Quotation A) and the execution of triangular and

rectangular floors of Building 3 (Quotation B).
