Customs regulations Croatian customs regulations are almost
completely
compliant with the regulations and standards of EU countries ,
but in the case of bringing into the coun-try items of
non-commercial nature and for person-al use, customs duty and VAT
are not required to be paid for items worth up to 1,000.00
kuna.
Bringing in or taking out foreign or national cash and cheques
by foreigners or Croatians resid-ing abroad is permitted but
amounts greater than 10,000 euros must on each occasion be declared
to a customs offi cer.
More expensive professional and technical equip-ment must be
declared to a customs offi cer at the border crossing.
Individuals who do not have permanent or tempo-rary residence or
abode in Croatia are entitled to a refund of value added tax (VAT)
on goods bought in Croatia if the value of goods per invoice
exceeds 740 kuna. This is based on the form PDV P, that is the Tax
cheque form which, when exporting the goods abroad, has to be
certifi ed by Customs with-in 3 months of the purchase date, ie.
the date stated on the delivery invoice for the purchased goods. A
foreign citizen must request a refund within six months of the

Opening hours of shops and public services During the summer
season, most shops are open
weekdays 08.00-20.00, and many of them are open at weekends.
Public services and business offices work from 08.00-16.00 from
Monday to Friday.
Medical services Hospitals and clinics are located in all major
cities,
surgeries and pharmacies in small towns. Foreign tourists who
are compulsorily insured in
the countries with which Croatia has an agreement on Social
Security, do not pay the full costs for emergency health care
services during a private visit to the Republic of Croatia,
provided they have confi rmation of the right to health care.
Emergency health care (including transport) is available in the
same way and following the same regulations as for Croatian
citizens covered by So-cial Security which includes a users payment
of a small percentage (called participacija) of the health care
costs.
People who come from countries with which Croatia does not have
such a healthcare agreement are responsible for all health care
costs themselves.

classification and categoriza-
tion of nautical tourism in Croatia divide ports into the
following types: anchorage, shipyards, dry ma-rina, marina
Nautical ports are classified into specific types ac-cording to
the type of service they provide, and charge for their services
accordingly.
Categories of nautical tourism ports classified as Marina are
also marked with 2,3,4 and 5 anchors
Prices For all additional explanations and more detailed
information on pricing and on valid commercial terms and
availability of services offered in certain marinas, please contact
the marina directly
Due to the way the price list is displayed, it was not possible
to show all the details and specifications of type of services at
berths, therefore we advise that close attention is paid to the
price lists of indi-vidual marinas noting that extra payments may
be required for electricity and water. This recommen-dation also
applies to conditions of service of crane usage, other services and
additional offers.
In most marinas in Croatia annual berth rates for vessels
engaged in charter activity are 10-20% higher than the stated
price
In most of the marinas monthly berth rates are of-fered under
special conditions during summer and in winter
Some marinas do not offer monthly rates in July and August
Some marinas give certain discounts on their serv-ices based on
long-term contracts in the marina or on the basis of cooperation
with major sports clubs or associations. Information about these
can be ob-tained directly from the marinas.
Some marinas also have the ability to accept me-gayachts with
prior notice.
At most marinas an amount of 40-60 euros admin-istration tax is
charged to annual berth users. This covers all administrative costs
of the temporary im-portation of vessels.
Marinas also reserve the right to charge other le-gally
prescribed taxes.
Each marina reserves the right to change prices If the VAT rate
changes, the service prices of a
marina may be subject to modification.

Zollbestimmungen Die geltenden Zollvorschriften der Republik
Kro-
atien sind nahezu vollkommen an die Vorschriften und Standards
der EU-Lnder angepasst, aber hin-sichtlich der Einfuhr von Gtern
nicht kommerzi-eller Natur, fr den persnlichen Gebrauch sind nur
Gegenstnde bis zum Wert von 1.000,00 Kuna vom Zoll und von der
Mehrwertsteuer befreit.
Die Ein- und Ausfuhr von auslndischem oder kroati-schem Bargeld
und Schecks ist fr auslndische und kroatische Staatsbrger mit
Auslandswohnsitz unbe-schrnkt, aber jede Ein- oder Ausfuhr eines
Betrages ber 10.000 Euro ist dem Zollbeamten zu melden.
Wertvollere professionelle Ausrstung und techni-sche Gerte sind
dem Zollbeamten am Grenzber-gang ebenfalls zu melden.
Personen, die keinen stndigen oder befristeten Aufenthaltsort
oder Wohnsitz in Kroatien haben, haben Anspruch auf Rckerstattung
der bezahlten Mehrwertsteuer fr in Kroatien gekaufte Ware, wenn der
Wert einer Rechnung mindestens 740,00 Kuna betrgt, und zwar
ausschlielich gegen Vor-lage des durch einen Zollbeamten
beglaubigten PDV-P-Formulars (MwSt-Formular) oder Tax
cheque-Formulars fr die Ausfuhr der gekauften Ware ins Ausland und

Gesundheitswesen In allen greren Stdten gibt es Krankenhuser
und Kliniken, auch kleinere Ortschaften haben Ambulanzen und

Auslndische Touristen, die in ihrem Land pfl icht-versichert
sind, sind whrend ihres Aufenthaltes in der Republik Kroatien von
der Zahlung fr medi-zinische Notfallversorgung befreit, sofern
Kroatien mit dem Herkunftsland ein Abkommen ber
Sozi-alversicherungsleistungen abgeschlossen hat, d.h., wenn sie
aufgrund dieses Abkommens im Besitz ei-ner Besttigung ber ihren
Krankenversicherungs-schutz sind und sie eine vertraglich
vorgesehene Besttigung ber das Recht auf Gesundheitsschutz vorlegen
knnen. Der Krankenversicherungsschutz (einschlielich
Transportkosten) gilt fr Notflle in
der Art und Weise und gem den Vorschriften, die fr kroatische
Versicherungsnehmer gelten, wobei sich diese auf dieselbe Weise an

Alle kroatischen Marinas sind auf dem VHF-Kanal 17 zu
erreichen.
Hafenarten des nautischen Tourismus Im Einklang mit den
Richtlinien ber die Klassifizie-
rung und Kategorisierung der Hfen des nautischen Tourismus in
der Republik Kroatien werden diesel-ben wie folgt eingeordnet:
Ankerplatz, Deponieren von Wasserfahrzeugen, Trockenmarina,
Marina.
Die einzelnen Hfen des nautischen Tourismus werden je nach Art
ihrer angebotenen Dienstleis-tungen klassifiziert und aufgrund
derselben wird die Liegeplatzdienstleistung berechnet.
Die Kategorien der Hfen des nautischen Touris-mus der Art Marina
sind mit Ankern gekenn-zeichnet und zwar mit 2, 3, 4, und 5
Ankern.
Preise Fr alle zustzlichen Erluterungen und detail-
lierten Informationen ber Preise und geltende
kommerzielle Bedingungen sowie ber die Verfg-barkeit der
angebotenen Dienstleistungen in den einzelnen Marinas ist es
notwendig, sich direkt an die betreffende Marina zu wenden.
Hinsichtlich der tabellarischen Darstellung der Preisliste ist
es nicht mglicht, alle Einzelheiten und Besonderheiten der
einzelnen Dienstleistungs-art des Liegeplatzes hervorzuheben;
deshalb emp-fehlen wir, auf Zusatzpositionen in den Preislisten
jeder einzelnen Marina zu achten, die aufgrund des
Liegeplatzpreises zu zahlen sind wie beispielswei-se Zahlungen fr
Strom und Wasser. Diese Emp-fehlung bezieht sich auch auf
Nutzungsbedingun-gen der Krandienstleistungen sowie auf sonstige
Dienstleistungen und Zusatzangebote.
In den meisten Marinas der Republik Kroatien ist der Preis fr
einen Jahresliegeplatz fr Chartert-tigkeit ausbende Wasserfahrzeuge
10-20 % hher als die angefhrten Preise.
In den meisten Marinas wird die Dienstleistung des
Monatsliegeplatzes sowohl whrend der Sommer-saison als auch im
Winterzeitraum zu Sonderbedin-gungen angeboten.

an.
Einzelne Marinas gewhren fr langjhrigen Auf-enthalt in der
Marina oder aufgrund einer Zusam-menarbeit mit wichtigen Sportklubs
oder -vereinen gewisse Nachlsse auf ihre Dienstleistungen.
Dies-bezgliche Informationen kann man direkt in den Marinas
erhalten.
Einige Marinas haben die Mglichkeit, bei vorheri-ger Anmeldung
Megayachten aufzunehmen.
In den meisten Marinas wird den Jahresliegeplatz-nutzern eine
Verwaltungsgebhr in Hhe von 40 - 60 Euro in Rechnung gestellt.
Dieser Betrag deckt alle Verwaltungskosten fr die einstweilige
Einfuhr des Wasserfahrzeugs.
Die Marinas behalten sich das Recht vor, sonstige gesetzlich
vorgeschriebene Entgelte in Rechnung zu stellen.
Jede Marina behlt sich das Recht der Preisn-derung vor.
Bei einer eventuellen nderung des Mehrwert-steuersatzes knnen
sich die Preise fr Dienst-leistungen in den Marinas ndern.

I turisti stranieri titolari dassicurazione sanitaria
ob-bligatoria nel loro paese di provenienza sono esenta-ti dal
pagamento dei servizi sanitari durgenza se fra la Croazia e il
Paese di provenienza stata stipulata una convenzione dassistenza
sanitaria, ovvero se benefi ciano del diritto ad usufruire
dellassistenza sanitaria. La tutela sanitaria (trasporto compreso)
per i cittadini stranieri prevista, in caso demergen-za, in base
alle medesime modalit e norme vigenti per i cittadini croati circa
la partecipazione alle spese sanitarie (ticket). Il cittadino
straniero il cui paese di provenienza non abbia sottoscritto con la
Croazia al-cuna convenzione dassistenza sanitaria sar tenuto a

Classifi cazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica da diporto
La classifi cazione delle infrastrutture per la nautica
da diporto vigente nella Repubblica di Croazia pre-vede le
seguenti categorie: portualit turistica (ma-rina con posti barca in
mare e posti barca a terra), ancoraggi ed approdi.
I porticcioli/marina per la nautica da diporto vengo-no
suddivisi in categorie a seconda del tipo di servi-zio offerto, ed
in base ad esso viene determinato il prezzo dellormeggio.
Le categorie dei porti del turismo nautico di tipo Ma-rina sono
contrassegnati con ancore: 2,3,4 e 5 ancore.
Prezzi Per informazioni pi dettagliate relative ai prezzi
ed alle condizioni commerciali vigenti, nonch sul-la
disponibilit dei servizi offerti da ogni singolo marina, necessario
rivolgersi direttamente al ma-rina prescelto.
Visto che il listino prezzi dato nella tabella, non risulta
possibile fornire tutte le particolarit relative ai servizi di un
singolo ormeggio per cui si consiglia di consultare i listini
prezzi delle singole marine e i prezzi extra che si aggiungono al
prezzo di base dellormeggio. Tali prezzi si riferiscono al consumo
della corrente elettrica e dellacqua. Questo vale an-che per le
condizioni dellutilizzo della gru per bar-che e agli altri servizi,
nonch allofferta aggiuntiva.
Nella maggior parte dei marina della Repubblica di Croazia, il
canone dormeggio fi sso (annuo) per le unit da diporto charter
maggiorato del 10-20% rispetto ai prezzi pubblicati.
In gran parte dei marina il servizio di ormeggio mensile si
offre sotto condizioni particolari nel pe-riodo estivo ed
invernale.
Alcuni marina non danno la possibilit di ormeggio mensile nei
mesi di luglio ed agosto
Alcuni marina concedono determinati sconti sui prezzi dei propri
servizi in ragione della fedelt del diportista, che da anni
ormeggia la propria unit in quel marina, oppure in base a
convenzioni con associazioni o circoli sportivi. Per ulteriori

Alcuni marina possono ospitare mega yacht previa richiesta.
La maggior parte dei marina richiede ai titolari di contratti
dormeggio annuale il pagamento di un importo di 40-60,00 euro.
Questimporto compren-de le tasse amministrative per limportazione
tem-poranea dellunit da diporto.
I marina si riservano il diritto di far pagare tutti gli altri
compensi previsti dalla legge.
Ogni marina si riserva il diritto di modifi care i propri
prezzi.
I prezzi dei servizi nei marina possono cambiare in caso di
variazione dellaliquota IVA .
Tassa di soggiorno Tutti i diportisti proprietari di unit da
diporto e/o
gli utenti charter devono pagare la tassa di sog-giorno per la
loro permanenza nella Repubblica di Croazia ai sensi della legge
croata (www.mint.hr).

Dispositions douanires Les rgles douanires de la Rpublique de
Croatie
sont quasiment identiques aux rgles et normes ap-pliques dans
les pays de lUnion europenne, mais en ce qui concerne les objets de
nature non com-merciale usage priv, il existe une exonration du
paiement des droits de douane et de la TVA lorsque leur valeur
nexcde pas 1 000,00 kunas.
Les devises trangres, la monnaie nationale et les chques peuvent
tre imports et exports libre-ment par les trangers et les citoyens
croates rsi-dant ltranger, mais tout montant dune contre-valeur en
kunas de 10 000,00 euros ou plus doit tre obligatoirement dclar la
douane.
Tout quipement technique et professionnel de valeur doit
galement tre dclar au douanier au poste-frontire.
Les personnes physiques ne possdant pas de per-mis de sjour ou
de rsidence, temporaire ou dfi -nitif, en Croatie, ont droit au
remboursement de la TVA croate sur la marchandise achete en Croatie
si la valeur de celle-ci sur une seule facture est su-prieure
740,00 kunas, condition de faire va-lider le formulaire PDV-P ou
Tax cheque auprs du douanier lors de la sortie vers ltranger de la
marchandise achete dans un dlai de 3 mois compter de la date
dachat, cest--dire de la date inscrite sur la facture des biens
achets. Le citoyen tranger doit prsenter sa demande de
rembourse-ment de TVA dans un dlai de six mois compter de la date
dtablissement de la facture.

la saison touristique, la plupart des maga-

Services mdicaux Les grandes villes sont dotes dhpitaux et

Durant leur sjour en Croatie, les touristes tran-gers qui sont
assurs au titre de lassurance obli-gatoire dans lun des tats avec
lequel la Croatie a sign une convention dassurance maladie ne
paient pas les services de soins mdicaux dur-gence, condition quils
disposent des attestations contractuelles relatives au droit la
protection de la sant. En cas durgence mdicale, ils bnfi cient du
dispositif de protection de la sant (y compris

Types de ports de plaisance Conformment au Rglement sur le
classement et la
catgorisation des ports de plaisance en Rpublique de Croatie,
ces derniers sont classs en quatre types : mouillage, amarrage,
marina sec, marina.
Les ports de plaisance sont classs selon le type de services
fournis et leurs tarifs sont lis ce clas-sement.
Les catgories des ports de plaisance de type ma-rina sont
indiques par des ancres et ce, avec 2, 3, 4 ou 5 ancres.
Tarifs Pour toute explication complmentaire ou infor-
mation plus dtaille sur les prix et les conditions commerciales
en vigueur ainsi que la disponibilit des services proposs dans
chacune des marinas, veuillez vous adresser directement la marina
concerne.
En raison de la prsentation des tarifs en tableau, il est
impossible dindiquer toutes les particularits et spcifi cits de
chaque type de service damarrage. Il est donc conseill de faire
attention aux ven-tuels supplments payer en plus du prix de base,
tels que les supplments pour llectricit et leau courante. Cela vaut
galement pour les conditions dutilisation du service de grue ainsi
que pour les autres services et offres complmentaires.
Dans la plupart des marinas en Rpublique de Croatie, les tarifs
de location annuelle de poste pour une activit commerciale lie la
plaisance sont suprieurs de 10 20% aux tarifs habituels.
Dans la plupart des marinas, un service mensuel damarrage est
propos des conditions particu-lires, aussi bien en saison quen
priode hivernale.
Certaines marinas ne proposent aucun service men-suel damarrage
durant les mois de juillet et aot.
Certaines marinas font bnfi cier leurs clients fi -dles dune
remise spciale, sur la base dun renou-vellement rgulier du contrat
dabonnement annuel ou dun contrat de coopration avec des grands
clubs et associations sportives. Des informations complmentaires

Certaines marinas offrent la possibilit damarrer des megayachts,

Dans la plupart des marinas, les usagers du service de location
annuelle de poste paient galement la taxe administrative, dont le
montant est de 40 60 euros. Ce montant couvre lensemble des frais
ad-ministratifs de limportation temporaire du navire de
plaisance.
Les marinas se rservent le droit de facturer les autres taxes
prescrites par la loi.
Chaque marina se rserve le droit de modifi er ses tarifs.
En cas de changement du taux de TVA, les prix des services des
marinas sont susceptibles dvoluer.
Taxe de sjour Tous les plaisanciers (propritaires de bateaux
pri-
vs et utilisateurs de charters) sjournant en Croa-tie sont tenus
de sacquitter de la taxe de sjour, conformment la Loi sur les taxes
de sjour de la Rpublique de Croatie - www.mint.hr.
