To access the NROTC applicant scholarship management pages;
1. Log in through the NETFOCUS Gateway.
2. Select NRSM (NROTC Scholarship Management) from the menu.
3. Select Click here to continue NROTC logon.

Applications Quick Reference Checklist
The first column lists the applicant’s name. Going from left to right is a quick reference of which
forms have been checked off as submitted.
Selecting the applicants name will take you to their interactive checklist (shown later).

The right side of the quick reference displays which forms have been checked off as submitted. All
boxes should have been checked at the district level.

Select the year from the menu that the applications were submitted.
To search the page for a specific applicant, type the Last name in the Search by Name box.
Note: Make sure the first letter is capitalized.

View Applicant Checklist
Selecting the applicant’s name takes you to their checklist.

View Application
Select View Application to see the actually filled out form.

Change Applicant Info
Select Change Applicant Info to perform basic updates to personal information.

View Submissions
The Applicant Checklist is interactive.
Selecting the text, links you to the applicants submitted form or date of signing. Some examples are
shown below.
Uncheck the box and select Update, if that entry is incorrect.
Blank forms are shown in a later section.

Production shows applications submitted under each recruiter.
Selecting an applicant displays their application.

Accounts
Selecting Accounts displays a list of recruiters in the District.
Selecting Add New Recruiter takes you to an input screen.

This screen allows for the input of information for new recruiters.
Once information is entered select Add Recruiter.

My Account
My Account takes you to your Recruiter information.
This information may be updated by you by simply typing the changes in and selecting Update.
This information should be specifically recruiter related information.

RS Status
This page displays application status by Recruiting Station.

Submitted to MCRC
This page displays a list of applications that have been submitted to MCRC.

Incomplete Applications
Applications that have been started by the applicant but have NOT been submitted appear here.
The recruiter for an applicant may be reassigned.
Select a different recruiter from the menu.

Submitted applications cannot be changed, only viewed.

Change Applicant Information
Select the Change Applicant Info from the top menu for the interactive screen.

Board Ready
Page displays a list of all Board Ready applications.
To view an application, select the applicant’s name.
To remove an applicant select the check box next to their name, then select the Remove Board
Eligibility button.
Search by Name will search for only Board Ready Applicants.

Board Brief
Board Briefs are short critiques of the full application.

Board Results
Select desired Board Result from the menu.
Results displayed from an early board.

This page displays the applicants waiting for the National Board to convene.
An asterisk will appear in the Select column when an applicant is approved.

This page shows the Selection Status of Board Ready applicants.
