Warm greetings to all!
It informs all Mariners and the Maritime Community in general, that the
fishing vessel "CASTRAPO", with hull structured white and red, and which
sailed from Port Manaure, Guajira, with 04 crew on board, to make for fishing
trip , possibly currently adrift,
with machinery problems.Last known position of the fishing area:
Lat. 12° 01’ 00” N, Long. 75° 55’ 00” W.Mariners are advised to take extra
precautions for the area. Also, give
knowledge to the respective maritime
authorities, in case of finding and rescuing the vessel.

will be conducting a LIVE FIRING EXERCISE
at sea on Saturday, September 23,
2007 during the period 1200 to 2000 (UTC)
The Area designated for this exercise will be
5-8 nautical miles West of the Cement Plant
and the co-ordinates are as follows:

The Barbados Coast Guard vessel

the small boat Flotilla will participate in the exercise.
