Working for a world leader in plastic pipe systems for both residential, non-residential & civil engineering projects. Responsible for providing key production support to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process. A meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills.
Main responsibilities include:
Working on line which achieves 100% of quality goals while exceeding production targets by 120%.
Preparation of machines according to production & machine requirements. Ensuring machinery is loaded with the correct materials & correct fittings Ensuring correct machine speed in accordance with production needs (on average 120
kilos output per hour) Ensuring all wastage is re-worked through the production process Monitoring the production process and carrying out testing using both micrometres &
laser bench micrometres in accordance with quality checks. Inspecting completed components to ensure conformance to specifications. Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery. Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff if unable to resolve the issue Complete all tasks in a timely and effective manner to increase production efficiency and

With experience across a diverse range of industry sectors and security services to provide clients with peace of mind ,duties included patrolling the site, locking up, checking visitors in and out of the site and completing log sheets.
During this time my longest serving contract was as a Security Guard at the Gatehouse of Wavin Plastics. This role allowed me to build good relationships with the client and led me to securing employment with the organisation.
