Where to go from here…There will be a need for gathering additional
Information.Bissell might want to weigh out the benefits of
outsourcing and purchasing some materials. Additional marketing research will be needed
to see if customer is willing to pay an extra $10 for added convenience and reduced lifetime maintenance costs.
Technology already exist so only design revisions are needed for implementation of new model.
