Villa sales are up 21% over last year. Lower priced properties are in high demand but very short supply. The $400,000 - $600,000 price range is brisk. Luxury property is now selling again! Renovation SensationIt seems every time you turn around another major renovation is either announced, taking place, or complete. Affordable Ohio FlightsAnnounced

Allegiant Air will add direct flights to three Ohio cities this summer from the Savannah/Hilton Head Island International

Airport. The new service will add flights two days each week to Akron, Cincinnati and Columbus, with introductory airfares as low as $57.00. The flights begin in May and will be available through October. “We know Savannah/Hilton Head is a popular vacation destination, and Ohio residents in particular have been requesting we start service here for quite some time,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant Travel Company Senior Vice President of Planning. www.allegiant.com
