Residential Units Sold – Moore County
Average Days on the Market for Active and Sold homes in Moore County we have almost even averaging – a good sign to see these days around the 160 to 180 mark.
Number of Residential Units Sold in Moore County is on the rise since the slow start to the beginning of 2014. This number tends to retract in the final quarter of the year.

Moore County Absorption Rate – Residential Properties
Sold Price vs. Listings Sold – this graph shows the median and average prices for the homes sold in Moore County from Jan – July 2014. A slight rise in the prices indicates an improved market.
Absorption Rate – to determine the absorption rate we calculate the number of homes sold within a period of time and the results indicate the number of months it takes to sell the inventory. A six month rate is the sign of a healthy market. We are moving in the right direction.
