Autumn already! 2014 is off and running at full pace. Our local property market is in good shape with stock shortages creating pent-up demand from buyers. We are seeing solid sales results consistently in most segments of the market and I believe the we are experiencing the best selling conditions of the last 5 years as a result.

The first quarter was a great one for me personally as I got married to Kat in February! It was a lovely wedding and we are both very happy. Thank you to all of you for your well wishes and kind words of support.

So whats in store for next quarter? Autumn is my favourite season in the Adelaide Hills - gorgeous colour, lovely crisp mornings and the heat starts to taper off. It is also the time of year traditionally when our housing market starts to get into full swing.

Savvy sellers are making plans to sell now against limited competition and avoid the spring rush - there are excellent opportunities to land multiple buyers in this market. Let me know if you would like to explore your options.
