Service levels – Measures the performance of the system.  Certain goals are

defined and the service level gives the percentage to which those goals should

be achieved

Physical distributions - is the group of activities associated with the supply of

finished product from the production line to the consumers. The physical

distribution considers many sales distribution channels, such as wholesale and

retail, and includes critical decision areas like customer service, inventory,

materials, packaging, order processing, and transportation and logistics.

Relationship management – Marketing activities that are aimed at developing

and managing trusting and long term relationship with costumers.

Promotion

- Promotion refers to raising customer awareness of a product or brand,

generating sales, and creating brand loyalty.

Advertising - The activity or profession of producing information for promoting

the sale of commercial product or service.

Sales promotion - Sales promotions are the set of marketing activities

undertaken to boost sales of the product or service.

Personal selling – Personal selling is where business use people to sell product

after meeting face to face with the costumer.

Exhibition - An exhibition is an activity that is conducted by an organization with

an objective to promote and publicize a particular product or service which

would ultimately result in the sale of the product / generate business for the

organization

Publicity – Type of promotion that relies on public relations effect of a new story

carried usually by free mass media. The main objective of publicity is not sales

promotion, but creation of an image through editorial or independent source

commentary.

Public relation – The profession of creating and maintaining goodwill of an

organization’s various publics (costumers, employees, investors, suppliers, etc.)

usually through publicity and other non paid forms of communication.
