We are pleased to announce the launch of K2M’s Marketing Collateral Fulfillment Center! This site enables you to order and manage all of your marketing materials 24 hours a day with simple point-and-click navigation. Search, browse, view, and order pre-printed marketing materials or customize your materials using the available online templates. Simply log on to the K2M Extranet and navigate to the button that says, “Click Here to Order Marketing Collateral,” which can be found on the Product Information, Corporate Information, and Medical Education pages.

Business Cards

• Toorderyourbusinesscards,navigatetotheleftmenubarandchoosetheBusiness Cards button.

• Thestandardviewisagenericcardandincludesaformtoenteryourpersonalinformation.

• Onceyouhaveenteredyourinformation,clickthepreviewbutton.APDFwillappearthat shows your customized business card.

• Yourestimatedshipdatewillappearinthelowerrighthandbox.Tocompletecheckout click the Add To Cart button.

• Allbusinesscardordersareapprovedbycorporatebeforetheorderwillbeprinted.Approval requests will not be sent for review until check out is completed.

• Youwillreceiveanemailonceyourrequestisapproved.Toplaceyourorderyoumustgo to your My Account Pending Items page to add this item to your Shopping Cart. If See page 10 for more information on My Accounts.

Customizable Collateral

• Toordercustomizablecollateral,navigatetotheleftmenubarandchoosetheCustomizable Collateral button.

• Selecttheitemyouwishtocustomizeandfillintheinformation.• Whenyouarefinishedcustomizingtheitem,pressthePreview button.• ClicktheimagepreviewofthedocumenttoopenyourPDF.• Onceyouarereadytoproceedwiththedocument,clicktheAdd to Cart button. The

item will be added to your Pending Items until an administrator approves the item. • Youwillreceiveanemailonceyourrequestisapproved.Toplaceyourorder,youmust

go to your My Account Pending Items page to add this item to your Shopping Cart. If you take no action, the item will be automatically deleted in 30 days.See page 10 for more information on My Accounts.

• Allproductlineswillbedisplayedinthissection.Hereyouwillfinditems,suchasSurgicalTechniqueGuides,OnePageFlyers,andLaunchPackets.

• Tonarrowyoursearch,enterkeywordsfortheliteratureyouarelookingforintothesearch form.

• Onceyouhaveanitemyouwouldliketoorder,clickonMore Info/Order.• Ascreenwillpopupthatallowsyoutoenterthequantityoftheitem.• ClickAdd to Cart to add the item to your shopping cart.

MyMarketingContinue Shopping / Checkout

• Oncetheitemhasbeenaddedtoyourcart,anotificationwindowwillappear giving you the option to: Continue Shopping, returning you back to the previous screen - or - Checkout, taking you to your shopping cart.

• Toviewtheitemsinyourcart,navigatetotheleftmenubarandclicktheShopping Cart tab.

• Hereyoucanviewitemsinyourcart,viewiteminformation,orremoveanitem.• Ifyouarenotreadytocheckout,youcanreturntoyourshoppingcartatanytimeby

clicking the Shopping Cart button in the left menu bar.• Allitemswillremaininyourcartuntilcheckoutiscompleteoruntilyouremovetheitem.• Onceyouarereadytoproceedwithyourorder,presstheCheckout button.

MyMarketingCheckout

• Enteryourshippinginformationandchoseashippingmethod.• PresstheAuto Fill My Address button if you want to auto fill using the address tied to your account. • PresstheOpen Address Book button to add or choose an address.• ClickProceed when you are finished entering in your shipping information.• Your product and shipping costs are paid for by K2M. To finalize your order, click the Process Payment button.

To manage your personal account information, press the My Account button locatedintheleftmenubar.Hereyouareabletocheckthestatusofyourorder,view your order history and manage your address book. If you received an approval email for one of your customizable orders, press the View Pending Items button to complete your order.
