PRESENTATIONS- PowerPoints / Prezis / Movie ($500 one-time fee) -- Create professionally branded presentations with existing company photos & video
PHOTO / VIDEO PRODUCTION- Video Production (Packages range from $3,000 - $10,000 one-time fee*) -- We work with our expert videographer to produce a professional video representing your unique brand. -- Includes: creating story, organizing models, staging shots, first-round of editing- Photo Shoots (Packages range from $300 - $1,000 one-time fee*) -- Includes: all coordination with photographer & models, staging shots, editing photos & creating a portfolio of images perfectly tailored to your brand
DIGITAL MARKETING / ADVERTISING- Social Media -- Imagery-only package includes: set-up & design of Facebook page, Twitter, or Instagram profile ($500 one-time fee)
- Online Listings - Set up, design & maintenance (Ex. Google Business, Apple Maps Yelp, etc.) ($50 / hour)- Email Marketing - Set up, design & coordinate campaigns utilizing both MailChimp & Entrata MessageCenter ($50 / hour)
GRAPHIC DESIGN- Design print & digital items for all marketing ($50/hour - Minimum of 1 hour) --Ex. flyers, posters, marketing signage, digital billboards, social media graphics, floor plans, etc. --File types provided upon project completion: JPEG, PDF & EPS/VECTOR
ENTRATA IMPLEMENTATION / WPMC CLIENTS ONLY ($1,000 one-time fee)- Property Website / ProspectPortal -- Order new domain or transfer exisiting domain & connect with Entrata servers -- Choose website template from Entrata that fits the property brand -- Customize website template with property photos, floor plan images, pricing, brand colors, original content -- Create marketing materials to promote new ResidentPortal (online payments, online maintenance requests, etc.) -- Includes ongoing website maintenance for 30 days after initial implementation (additional maintenance - $50/hour)- Internet Listing Services (ILS) Portal -- Coordination of contracts & initial set up- Leasing Center -- Initial set up of call forwarding to 24/7 answering service
