Our mission is to provide clean, safe and well maintained leisure facilities and programs to the citizens of Martin County based on the comprehensive plan and citizens’ expectations. If you are looking for a way to make a difference, meet new people or expand a hobby, there are many different ways you can participate that would match your areas of interest.

We are actively seeking volunteers to assist us in a variety of ways with special events and activities such as the Senior Games, Special Olympics, kid’s triath-lon, fall festivals, park and beach clean-ups and much more.

We welcome adults, seniors, non-profit organizations and agencies and students who are looking for service project hours for high school or college credits to join our team.

Just remember, volunteers are the true partners in parks and we cannot be successful without you. Thank you in advance for helping us increase the quality and effectiveness of our parks system. We look forward to seeing our progress as we move this program forward to serve future generations.

As featured in Southern Living Weddings Magazine, the Mansion at Tuckahoe lends itself to intimate parties and expansive celebrations, and has deservedly become the premier wedding venue on Florida's Treasure Coast. The elegant Mediterranean design and art deco interior feature terrazzo floors, eight fireplaces, marble restrooms, a discreet prep kitchen and a private bridal suite with adjacent groom’s room. The north terrace overlooking the Indian River embraces intimate wed-dings, formal dinners and dancing under the stars, while the south waterfront amphitheater and terrace can ac-commodate expansive ceremonies and live entertain-ment.

Indian RiverSide Park (IRSP) is the premier family destina-tion park in Martin County. Lo-cated in beautiful Jensen Beach, IRSP sits beach side on the Indian River Lagoon, with a ¾ mile paved walking path, 780-foot fishing pier with boat slips, ample parking, in-teractive play fountain, beach and wedding ceremony loca-tions plus reception/banquet space. There are also four rental pavilions available in the park. These spacious pavil-ions are equipped with picnic tables, grills and power, and with the nearby interactive children’s fountain they are perfect for birthday parties, family picnics or reunions.

The Frances Langford Dockside Pavilion is an air conditioned banquet hall overlooking the pictur-esque Indian River Lagoon. Ideal for weddings, birthday parties and anniversaries, the pavilion boasts more than 3,800-square-feet of space, not including the caterers kitchen and wraparound balcony. This facility can accommodate up to 256 guests for your next event.
