Evaluation On Time Performance SuccessMAS Operations and Maintenance department on On-time Performance Analysis shows that it achieve the percentage of 83% to 89% from Jan to Dec in the year of 2009. The KPI - On Time Performance implementation is a success as it exceed the targets set by Corporate Scorecard Diagram of MAS operations and maintenance department .
