Our Leadership

Herb Tasker - ChairmanAs Chairman, Herb Tasker led the team that founded the third iteration of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage in 2005, bringing a historic name back into the real estate market place. The first Mason-McDuffie Mortgage was founded in 1887. His involvement with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage dates back to the 1970s and he served as Chairman and CEO from 1982-1984.

Marilyn Richardson – President & CEOMarilyn Richardson is an experienced mortgage professional and one of the founders of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and serves on the Board of Directors.

Jack Radin – Chief Financial OfficerJack Radin has served as a senior financial executive, as well as senior capital markets officer with several types of financial services firms. Mr. Radin began his mortgage banking career at the original Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Company in 1980.

Bill Godfrey – EVP Capital MarketsBill Godfrey is an accomplished mortgage professional with many years of experience in senior management positions. Mr. Godfrey directs the company’s activities in capital markets and risk management.
