The Masonic Lodge in Chipping Campden resides within the walls of

an 18th century building which was the Kings Head Pantry before

the Freemasons took up residence. The Masons have the details of a

mortgage for the building from 1745. They have kept the old building

looking great and the downstairs is let to an Italian restaurant.

The Freemasons moved from their old address into a building they had spent 5 months

refurbishing. Having spent more than 50 years in the old building the size and layout

of the new building is far superior and with the different types of furniture supplied by

Rosehill Furniture Group now allows for practical flexibility in the form of tables that

fold away neatly, comfortable chairs that stack and the good looks and feel of solid

wooden chairs. The first meeting in the new Masonic Temple was held on 4th January

2006 and the new temple is now available for social gatherings, meetings, banquets,

conferences, weddings and a whole host of different functions.

First was 250 Excel wooden

chairs and 28 folding tables, then

followed a further 150 Coronet

square seat metal chairs. Both

chairs were selected from the

samples supplied by Rosehill

Furniture Group.
