THE COMMUNITY BREAD BASKET
There are two wicker baskets near the table with the Bread and Wine in the back of the church to receive any foods we can bring for the Community Bread Basket to distribute. All non-perishable food items are welcome.
THE TABLE OF HOPE
Please consider signing up for the Table of Hope. We need at least ten volunteers to adequately staff the
cooking, serving, and waiting for the number of people who come to be fed. Our next scheduled Table of Hope
Night is August 24, 2018. there is a sign up sheet on the table in the back of the Church, if you can help
please sign up so we will know there are enough people to help,

In addition to beginning registration for Monday Guardians, the Adoration Committee is also in the
process of making a substitute Guardian list. This list would be used to call substitutes for Guardians who were unable to fulfill their commitment that week. Sign up sheets for Monday Adoration will be in the
Church vestibule or you can register as a Guardian or as a Substitute by calling:

St Paul School will hold registration on Monday, August
6, 2018 from 9am—12 pm and 5 pm—7 pm. Please
allow 30 minutes to complete the registration process.
St Paul Church has started sending out monthly birthday
cards. If it is your birthday month and you did not
receive one or if you received a card during a month not
your birthday please contact the church office so we can
update your information.
St Paul School is accepting application for an 8th grade
homeroom/ 5th—8th grade math teacher. Interested
candidates may send their resume to: St. Paul School,

Weirton Senior Center August events:
8/2/18- Dance with live music by "Sands of Time". $5 door fee. Band plays from 7-10pm. Free refreshments.
8/10/18- Bingo- Doors open at 5:30pm. Early bird starts at 6:00. Regular bingo starts at 6:30pm. Concession available.
8/16/18- Dance with live music by "Light Touch". $5 door fee. Band plays from 7-10pm. Free refreshments.
8/26/18- Annual "King and Queen" card party fundraiser. 2-5pm Cards of your choice, Chinese auction, door prizes, tables prizes. Tickets are $10 a person and include a wonderful lunch. Tickets available at the Weirton Senior Center.
