1.) What if I realize I've drooled? Many people fall asleep during the massage and notice a pool of drool on the pillow or massage table. This is very common. Don't be afraid to ask the massage therapist for a tissue! 2.) Will the massage therapist be there when I undress? The massage therapist will leave the room so that you can remove your clothing and lie on the massage table (usually face down) under the towel. 3.) Should I talk during the massage? Although some people prefer to talk throughout the massage, don't feel like you have to make conversation. Be sure to speak up if: • The room is too hot or too cold

• You experience pain

• You have any questions related to the massage

• There's anything you forgot to mention during the consultation. 4.) The pressure isn't deep enough, but I don't want to insult the therapist's technique. What should I do? Communicate openly with the massage therapist. Keep in mind that massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective.

Relaxation Massage The purpose will be to help you relax, and the massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use light pressure. There are substantial health benefits to a relaxation massage, including calming the nervous system, promoting a sense of well-being, improving blood circulation and stimulating the body's lymphatic system, which carries away waste products.

Deep Tissue Massage Especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Compared to Classic Massage the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper.

Sports Massage You don't have to be and athlete to benefit from sports massage! This form of therapy is ideal for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. The massage therapist generally concentrates on a specific problem area.
