Masseria Pettolecchia, the first of several planned Masserias at La Residenza, is your home in the heart of Puglia. The 5 suites, each with private bath and private entrances are located on two floors. With over 4,000 sq ft , the Residence also offers panoramic terraces, a club room complete with roulette table, double living room, and a full kitchen. The interior design of La Residenza features furniture collections from the 30s and 40s for charming retro decors, with sofas signed by Jansen, appliques created by Miguel Angel, plaster sculptures by eclectic Italian sculptor and painter Rabarama, and bronze sculptures by the Belgian artist, Dirk de Keyzer. The villa is surrounded by 8 acres of olive groves and gardens, including a vegetable garden. The pool area and patios provide plenty of places to relax. Masseria Pettolecchia is also close to one of the top golf courses in Italy, San Domenico Golf, a 18 hole championship course facing the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
