from the Post Office.

SIGN AND MAIL OUT THE LETTERS AND AFFIDAVITS WITHOUT

HAVING TO ACQUIRE THEIR OWN PERSONAL COPY OF THE DVD’s.

If and only if i have proven

total fraud in all 58 counts,

then please do the following:

GO ONLINE and find out the names and addresses to your HOUSE

REPRESENTATIVE BY YOUR ZIP CODE, and your TWO SENATORS IN

CONGRESS THAT REPRESENT YOUR STATE.

Write them down accurately where you can prepare your envelopes correctly,

and load that correct information INTO EACH COVER LETTER, because

that portion had to be left UNFINISHED by me.

DETERMINE where you are going to go to view the DOCUMENTS that need

to be ADJUSTED, SAVED and then PRINTED out and mailed to the proper

places.

Let’s begin and get into the documents, and start making the adjustments

needed before printing.

First of all, OPEN the Sworn Affidavit of Criminal Complaint in either Word

or PDF.

That is the main document that all nine mailouts revolve around.

SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

MAKE whatever changes you need to make, adding name, address, city, state,

zip and your name in the introduction paragraph.

READ all 24 pages of that affidavit.

EXAMINE it thoroughly.

If at all possible, KEEP the margins where I have them and KEEP the font at

Times New Roman, size 14.

It makes it so much easier to read for many different people with vision

challenges.

When it states exactly what you want, then SAVE your changes.

After you have saved all your proper changes you desire to make, PRINT just

ONE set of that 24 page Affidavit.

DO NOT STAPLE IT YET.

RE-READ the complete, printed Affidavit, because many times, reading a

printed version will allow you to find errors that you did not detect on screen.

TAKE that ONE 24 page Affidavit to a notary public, and be sure to also

TAKE whatever forms of state or other identification you have, and whatever

cash they may charge for their service.

In front of that Notary, SIGN that Affidavit at the proper location on the end

of the document, and have them complete and notarize the affidavit.

PAY the Notary if they charge, and GO to your copier, either at home, library

or a copy shop.

From that original Affidavit, MAKE FOURTEEN COPIES of that one - 24

page, notarized document.

If you have them made on one of those really large copiers that can also do

auto staple, that would be good, because it is very strong.

The only drawback to those high speed and auto stapler machines is that

sometimes, if they pages hiccup, that error will be buried and stapled down

inside the documents, so DO NOT TRUST the copier to have done everything

perfect without checking.

CHECK EVERY PAGE of the 14 sets of the 24 page Affidavit BEFORE

LEAVING the copy shop. Make sure your signature and Notary signature

came through visibly on the 14 copies.

If you do not have access to an auto-stapler on each set, but you are at a copy

shop, ask to use one of their heavier, table top staplers that will go through 30-

40 pages so that the staple will go through the 24 pages of the Affidavit better

and will make the metal prongs curl back good, because a regular stapler

usually will not be able to do so without leaving the ends of the staples sticking

out like snake fangs on the back side.

The COPY CENTERS like Staples, Office Max and Office Depot usually have

working staplers that can be loaded with longer shank staples that can easily

handle 30 pages, 50’s and even 100’s.

If they do have one of those industrial type, “gorilla” staplers, STAPLE each of

those fifteen affidavits (the ONE ORIGINAL and the 14 COPIES) in the upper

left hand corner, with the staple at a 45 degree angle, about of an inch away ¾

from the corner.

Double check and MAKE SURE the metal barbs of each staple on the back

page is curled into the back page securely so that they won’t snag and rip tears

into your hands or clothing.

KEEP THE ORIGINAL AND ALL of its copies of all those Affidavits together

in a folder or small box, like those that the copier places give you.

In the upper left hand corner OF THE ORIGINAL, above the staple, WRITE

a very tiny “o” on that top page so that you will know which one is the original,

and that the others are copies.

HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN OF WHERE THAT ORIGINAL AND THE

FOURTEEN COPIES MUST GO.

The ORIGINAL and THREE COPIES of the SWORN AFFIDAVIT must be

mailed out to the CLERK of the 11th

Circuit.

The FOURTH COPY is for your ONE HOUSE Representative in their mailer.

The FIFTH COPY is for your FIRST SENATOR, in their mailer.

The SIXTH COPY is or your SECOND SENATOR, in their mailer.

THAT IS ALL YOU WILL NEED TO INITIALLY MAIL OUT FOR YOUR

IMPEACHMENT DEMANDS FOR JUDGE MARGARET RODGERS.

Judge Ed Carnes DENIES your request for Investigation and Impeachment of

Judge Rodgers, by him sending you an ORDER OF DENIAL.

Keep all letters received. Do NOT throw that DENIAL ORDER away.

Keep THAT DENIAL ORDER for the next two steps, if it has to go that far,

with your Cover Letter – in a Petitions for Review, because EACH OF THOSE

two higher levels will WANT a COPY of that FIRST ORDER OF DENIAL.

In that case, you will be mailing this TWELFTH COPY to the same 11th

Circuit address, but with the COVER LETTER to the Clerk of the Court FOR

THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL, which is your Petition for Rehearing, but it

MUST be mailed within 30 days of that denial order.

The THIRTEENTH COPY is reserved in your records, in case that 11th

Circuit JUDICIAL COUNCIL ALSO DENIES your Petition for Rehearing,

which MAY open the door for you to mail one THE THIRTEENTH COPY to

If you do not want to go to the notary first and then come back to the printing

location to begin making copies of all the rest of the documents that you will

need to mail out, then save this above notary visit trip until after you finish the

printing of the rest of the documents below.

NINE COVER LETTERS

While you are there viewing the documents, either in the CD or the website,

GO to the NINE cover letters.

One at a time, OPEN the nine Cover Letters up in either Word or PDF, then

MAKE whatever changes you see need to be made, by adding your name,

address, city, state and zip, and your name in the introduction paragraph, and

adding in your representative’s name and address in the first page of each

Cover Letter.

Also, MAKE any other changes you desire, and then SAVE your changes

before going to the next cover letter.

REPEAT that in each and every one of the nine cover letters that I have

provided.

IF YOU WANT TO WRITE YOUR OWN COVER LETTERS, YOU ARE

FREE TO DO SO, HOWEVER IF YOU DO, WE ASK THAT YOU REMAIN

COURTEOUS AND LAWFUL WITH YOUR REQUESTS so that neither

Kent nor the Ministry of Dinosaur Adventure Land receives any fallout from

that.

When you have saved ALL of your changes in your nine cover letters, and if

you are at a location where you can print them out, then PRINT ONLY ONE

of EACH of those nine Cover Letters,

KEEP THOSE NINE ORIGINAL LETTERS in separate folders if at all

possible, so that they do not mixed up with each other.

Then, SIGN EACH OF THEM.

STOP RIGHT THERE. DID YOU ALREADY GO GET

THOSE NINE GREEN CERTIFIED MAIL STAMP

RECEIPT SLIPS? IF YOU DIDN’T, GO GET THEM

NOW, BECAUSE YOU MUST PRE-LOAD THOSE

NUMBERS INTO THE VERY FIRST PAGE OF EACH

OF THE COVER LETTERS, BEFORE MAKING

COPIES OF THEM.

(OTHERWISE, HAVING TO HAND WRITE THOSE

NUMBERS OVER AND OVER AFTER PRINTING IS

ARDUOUS.)

NOW, with each of those NINE, green certified mail receipt slips, ONE AT A

TIME, pick one and ASSIGN the first one to the 11th

Circuit Cover Letter, and

ALSO, write in the Green Certified Mail Receipt address line with the words,

“11th

Circuit Clerk” and complete those address lines.

Later, at the Post Office, when the Postal worker finishes your mailout, you

MUST KEEP those slips for YOUR ABILITY TO TRACK when the Certified

Mail was delivered to them.

DO NOT RIP THE STICKER PORTION AWAY FROM THE POSTAL

RECEIPT STAMP PORTION. LET THE MAIL CLERKS DO THAT

WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR ENVELOPES IN, PLEASE.

REPEAT THAT ASSIGNING A CERTIFIED MAIL NUMBER TO A

COVER LETTER PROCESS WITH THE OTHER EIGHT COVER

LETTERS AND CERTIFIED MAIL SLIPS, ON THE ORIGINALS.

Next, while you are there, either inside the CD, or on the website page of

KENTHOVINDISINNOCENT.COM, OPEN the Official JUDICIAL

COMPLAINT FORM.

MAKE whatever changes you want to make on your name and address slots as

shown, and PRINT it out.

If you CANNOT make changes in the text by computer, or if you are OK with

hand writing that in, then PRINT this two-page document AS IT IS, and then

make whatever hand-written changes you want to add, in black or blue ink.

JUST MAKE SURE YOUR HANDWRITING IS LEGIBLE to keep the Court

from kicking out your Complaint for being illegible.

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO SIGN AND DATE THIS OFFICIAL

COMPLAINT FORM. MAKE 5 COPIES OF THIS ORIGINAL.

PUT that Original and the copies of this Official Judicial Complaint form in a

folder.

NEXT, while you are there, either inside the CD, or online in the

KENTHOVINDISINNOCENT.COM website, OPEN the three-page

OFFICIAL DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (D.O.J.) complaint form.

ALL OF THE PERTINENT, CORRECT DATA HAS ALREADY BEEN

ENTERED, EXCEPT FOR YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, SIGNATURE AND

DATE AND SIGNATURE.

MAKE whatever adjustments you desire in the form and then PRINT IT OUT,

to SIGN it.

You can either PRINT out TWO COPIES and sign them both, OR you can

PRINT ONE copy, SIGN THAT ONE, and then make ONE PHOTOCOPY of

that signed one. Either way works.

STOP THERE FOR A MOMENT, PLEASE.

Even though you may have made the copies

of the rest of your documents at the same time

you made the above copies, I want you to INSTALL

THE ENVELOPE CONTENTS and then mail

out the first batch of FOUR Envelope packages

against Judge Rodgers by themselves.

The second batch of mailing instructions will be for the Michelle Heldmyer

mailout, about three or four days later.

I wrote two sets of instructions, with the JUDICIAL MAILOUT FIRST

because i did not want you to mail out the Michelle Heldmyer Impeachment

demands to the House and Senate in the same envelopes as the Judicial

demands, or too close in time to the Judge Rodgers complaints.

This helps ensure that the proper contents went into the right envelopes, and

so that the people in Congress do not get confused as to what you want them to

do.

I prefer that you wait at least three

or four days after you mail out the Judicial

Complaint bundle before preparing and mailing

out the DOJ Michelle Heldmyer complaint and affidavits.

The package that will be mailed out to the Florida Speaker of the House for Gregory R. Miller

can go out at the same time with this second package for the Michelle Heldmyer batch.

NOW FOR THE ACTUAL MAILING OF

ACQUIRE EIGHT, 10” x 12” Envelopes AND ONE BIGGER 12” x 15”

OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE, AND THE SECOND ONE, IF IT GOES

THAT FAR, WILL GO TO THE JUDICIAL COMMITTEE IN

WASHINGTON, D.C., AGAIN WITH NO JUDGE’S NAMES ON THE

OUTSIDE, AND THE ENVELOPES MADE OUT HOW I SHOW THEM IN

VIDEO 8 NEAR THE BOTTOM.

FOLKS, THIS IS GOVERNMENT IN THE TRENCHES.

THEY WILL NOT REIN IN ON ROGUE JUDGES UNLESS WE HAVE

THE INTESTINAL FORTITUDE ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY REPORT

THEM TO THEIR SUPERIORS IN THE MANNER THAT THEY HAVE

OUTLINED.

ALSO, I CAN GUARANTEE TO YOU THAT, ALTHOUGH THEY WILL

JUDGE MARGARET CATHERING RODGERS DID, AND HOW THEY

HAD BETTER STOP SIMILAR ACTS, OR THEY MIGHT JUST BE NEXT

ON THE IMPEACHMENT DEMANDS.

WHAT AMAZED ME IS THAT DURING MY RESEARCH FOR KENT’S

CASE, I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME PRE-BUILT IMPEACHMENT

TEMPLATE THAT I COULD MERELY COPY AND PASTE AND JUST

CHANGE THE NAMES, DATES AND PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES

TO FIT THE PRESENT CASE.

BUT I FOUND NONE, AND SO I HAD TO BUILD THIS ONE FROM

SCRATCH, AND IN DOING SO, FOR KENT’S CASE, I APPARENTLY

LAID THE FOUNDATION AND METHOD DOWN ON HOW ANY GRASS

ROOTS ORGANIZATION COULD DO THIS FOR OTHER JUDGES

ACROSS AMERICA.

THAT WASN’T MY PLAN, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THAT IS WHAT

HAPPENED, BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE REPORTING IN THAT THEY

HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING AS SIMPLE AND YET PROFOUND

LIKE THIS IN THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM OF GRASS ROOTS

INVOLVEMENT.

WHY ME AND WHY NOW?

I DON’T KNOW.

IT JUST HAPPENED WHEN I CAME TO KENT’S AID.
